Nicely decorated spacious modern room with balcony not too far from the marina, while located close to a beach (with steps leading down), there is no reception, therefore check-in has to be agreed upon, however the owners were kind and flexible with accommodating my preferred time while the cleaning lady was also very friendly, there is a common rooftop terrace as well as the possibility to store your luggage after check-out and collect it later (which not many places without reception offer) - which was very convenient for me

Despite the balcony, there was not much of a view, it was towards a busy road, access was a little bit tricky if you are on foot, as there are almost no pedestrian pathways, while the streets are mostly full with cars and scooters (personally I would have preferred a room with more windows or oriented towards the east, as in the morning it felt a bit dark without having the lights on)

Nice, clean and big room with a convenient kitchenette in a fairly central location. You can walk to most parts of Procida island in ca 30 min.

They have strict check-in times 5-8pm, but Claudia was not there or reachable when we arrived after 5. It might have been an international call or internet problem. When finally someone showed up, there was no name or explanation. We had to pay up, but never got the receipt we were promised.

My partner and I had a very comfortable stay. The room is clean, the staff very helpful and overall we were satisfied with the service and the facility.

The only thing that did not meet our expectations was the bed, consisting of two single beds. Having a topper mattress (which was not provided) would have made the overall experience even better, and definitely the bed more comfortable for a couple. I hope the Residence will provide it at some point, as the room was great otherwise :)

The room was very large and light and modern and extremely clean too.There was a lot of thought given to every detail and even a tiny kitchenette with a fridge and hob. We also liked being away from the main tourist area but everywhere was easy to reach and there was a bus stop close by.

Location, to go to beach you need to take the bus, walking on street is very unconfortable due to lack of pavements and constant wild traffic.

The room was amazing with a lovely little balcony outside, while still having a lot of privacy. There were loads of toiletries, and a coffee machine with lots of supplies. The room was perfectly clean and had more than everything we needed.

There was some confusion about the price through booking.com, but the staff were very helpful in sorting this out.

Nice accommodation. They clean your room every day, you have a free bottle of water and coffee capsules. Like in the hotel and the bonus is the kitchen. Close to the beach. We were satisfied and we can only recommend it. Well done 👍

I had a great experience! The location was perfect, and the space was clean and well designed. Everything was new and well kept. The host Giacomo was very kind and accommodating. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very nice, well furnished and close to the beach. The hosts are very attentive and pay attention to details.

Lovely, absolutely lovely. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room was big and very clean, an the bathroom was great. Great location, too! I’ll surely come back!
