I liked that it is not a multi-story chain hotel. It is a charming house. It’s well connected to the city center and all tourist attractions. I arrived in the evening and was greeted by a very kind old gentleman. He gave me tips for visiting the city, where I can eat and how to keep myself safe as a solo female traveler. I think his presence elevated my experience because he was so friendly. The room and bathroom are clean.

There is a tram line right outside so if you keep the windows open, it will be very noisy and you cannot sleep. There are no hooks or bars to hang your clothes or towels in the bathroom. Also, having a kettle with some coffee or tea supplies would be great!

Very nicely renovated, clean and comfortable. The rooms are lovely. Close to public transport. But still about 15-20 mins from Central Milan. The staff are very helpful.

The AC doesn’t feel like it’s on. We had our bathroom window open to let cool air in but you then had a lot of street noise coming in. There is no elevator (which is common across Europe) so if you struggle with stairs ask to be on a lower floor. Not the best neighbourhood. The hotel breakfast is very basic. But will do the job for the day. There is a city tax payable in cash on checkout £18 per person. That seems like a made up thing but we complied.

The owner was consistently very friendly, always checking if everything is OK and offering bottled beverages for free. The location is very close to the centre of Milan, only a few tram stops from Crocetta which has good links to the whole city via M3 Metro. The facilities were generally all good.

On a few nights I experienced some noise from other guests; the wall between my room and the adjacent room were very thin and could hear them, on one occasion the guests were talking loudly at 4am which was frustrating. Thankfully this was only one night.

The person who was at the lobby helped me a lot. He answered all of my questions and helped me about the transportation. He told me everything about the city. Every time he saw me, he asked me if i was doing okay. The room was clean and they cleaned my room daily. It was good enough for me.

The room was small but I was on my own so it was okay for me. The room was a sharing room so I heard everything happening next door.

The Cleanliness, you feel at home like you are at home. the room, the bathroom. Everyday the housekeepers changes our towels and bedsheet and made our rooms. Nice jobs.

The only worry which was address speedily. The room was cold, even after set the temperature to 31/32 but the heater was not fully working. But this was corrected quicly when we reported it. The manager was very responsive.

De villa is well taken care of, looks good, is very clean, and has excellent quality, of soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, including a hairdryer. The people working at the service desk, Lele and Teona, where very helpful, and gave us great tips, about where to go, and what to do. Teona, thank you very much for the tips. These tips, where a bonus, to our already great time in your beautiful country. Lele, thank you for your hospitality, especially for providing us with a still at home feeling after we were checked out, and had a late flight.

Good Location, easy access to town via the 24 tram. A good restaurant and café in the area if you don't want to go far. Clean room, black out curtains, good water pressure, friendly staff. Ticks all the boxes for a hotel in this price range. I'd stay again.

There's a rumble from the tram occasionally, but it didn't wake us up.

Price, cleanliness, security. The staff was very nice, very accommodating and helpful. Tram stop was really close. Breakfast buffet was good for the price. Also my husband forgot his wireless ear buds and they messaged us and said they kept it for us until we were able to get it back.

A little out of the way but tram was very convenient.

Lovely and clean with great staff. Our rooms had lovely terraces where we could sit and people watch and enjoy the morning sun.

It is quite noisy in a morning due to the busy road and trams passing, though you are in the middle of a city so it should be expected.
