We had a wonderful stay at Petit Palais Hotel De Charme. The room was not only spacious and clean but also exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was ideal, conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless, even arranging a taxi to the airport for us at a special rate. We truly appreciated their effort and hospitality.

It was a bit noisy at nights due to the central location of the hotel.

Great location, very quiet at night but well connected to the city. A friendly welcome and very smiley and helpful staff. The bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. Shower was powerful and the shower gels smelt wonderful. Safe and secure locking of the main doors at night time was appreciated (you ring the doorbell when its late and a night porter opens up for you).

We got an upgrade but the room was quite small still, not sure what our actual room would have been like! Not great value for money. The room featured a stove but no cooking tools or equipment. The communal hotel areas were spooky and uninviting. The bathroom was quite small. No free drinking water provided in the room which feels very unfair considering the price.

The staff working in this hotel gave us the best service possible. They were professional, and friendly and assisted us with any problem we had. Our suite was comfortable, with a wonderful terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast. (This hotel does not have a common dining room, so breakfast is served in the room. )The property was built in the 17th century and had been a convent before it was purchased as a family home. The vibes are very much Victorian and Harry Potter style altogether.

The only minus is the waterpressure of the shower; but this is a common problem in all of Italy.

The hotel couldn’t be cuter or more welcoming! The staff is amazing - especially Marianna at the reception! A real sweetheart, extremely helpful with very good English, their management was extremely helpful and accommodating, we had to change our flights and extend it for one night, and they were very helpful and understanding! An amazing breakfast is served in your lovely room! This hotel really made our stay in Milan one that is worth it! Thanks 🙏

One of the rooms had not so good of an AC, but they continuously tried to fix that. The other 2 rooms we booked had a very nice cool ACs

The Double Deluxe room was one of the most beautiful, comfortable rooms I have had the pleasure of staying in. The facilities in the room were exceptional. Breakfast was served to the room, which was also delicious and catered specifically to my gluten free requirements. Nespresso machine in the room was very nice too. Our host, Elisabetta, is outstanding at what she does. Nothing was a problem. She is such a wealth of knowledge and hospitality. Exceptional.

Just to note, the hotel is located on a busy intersection that involves both cars and trams. Traffic is busy until very late at night. This may not be problem for regular city residents, as my travel companions had no trouble sleeping.

First off, great location, which is within walking distance of Milan duomo. The room is not only clean and spacious with a kitchenette, it’s beautifully decorated, so much so it makes you feel warmth in freezing winter. The staff, a few ladies, they’re exceptionally wonderful to accommodate us, meeting all our needs and you can see that they love doing so. There’re only 18 suites in the hotel, making it a feel like a special stay.

The staff was immensely kind, helped with bags right from taxi. The place is truly a palace. The room was absolutely stunning - a very nice home under other circumstances with a beautiful garden to relax in on sunny days. The location is about 3 blocks from a subway, but a tram stops even closer. It's only a 15-20 minute walk to many different popular areas to explore in Milan. Some sights are even closer. Plus late night eats are under 10 minutes away.

The immediate area is very quiet in terms of nightlife and energy, but if you want that, this is perfect. And it's only about 10 minutes to the action.

We just had 1 issue, which was the AC. The AC was not reaching the bed and not cooling the bedroom part of the room. The AC is centrally controlled (not by guest). We called twice for them to lower it but it barely helped. We were there in the middle of summer and picked the hotel because it had AC. We did not get good sleep because it was too hot for us.

The most friendly staff I Ever met. Historical building, good room size direct opposite to metro station 900 meters from Domo, also you can use tram to go there

Furniture is Old with bit bad smell, tv needs to be bigger, they serve tea coffee & many drinks at many bar for free nut no complementary water☺️..

It was 10 star!! Very clean, elegant true Italian! Very historic and Vida and Marianna went above and beyond to meet our needs!
