The room was very spacious and clean, with good furniture and a very big king bed. The bath was new and clean. There was a kitchenette too, if someone wants to use it. Location is great if want to stay close to Castello Sforzesco and Duomo. Easy to find and close to the subway. More difficult if you want to go y car, because public parking is very limited and you must park at a costly garage nearby ( €40 per 24hrs stay).

The fact that is not a real hotel with reception and staff. It's a group of rooms, with lockers to storage your luggage in and PIN codes to enter the "hotel" and the room. I found it a bit overpriced for it. I can pay the price I paid, but in exchange I should receive a service too. In my personal case, I had to leave early in the morning and I couldn't have breakfast because nobody was there and I didn't know who to talk to.

Beautiful, Italian style. Everything is digital. The support was available 24/7 by WhatsApp. Nice messages with details, reminders etc. The room was ready earlier and I have received a nice message that I can check in earlier. A bottle of water - was very thoughtful as it was +32 outside)) coffee, tea, small fridge 👍🏻 and even a laundry room, which I did not use because of my short stay. But very nice to have this option)) Everything is very customer oriented in order to make your stay nice and easy. Whenever I had questions - the support was guiding me no matter the time of the day. Located in the very center. Very safe and quite area. Absolutely recommended. Thank you for your service.

Location was excellent. 10 minute walk from Cadorna Train Station, surrounded by lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. I min walk to Via Dante for shopping and just an easy 5-10 minute walk down to the Duomo and Vittoria Emanuelle Galleria. We had a studio and it was very spacious, large king bed with kitchen, dining table and chairs and a sofa.

Would have been nice to be able to open the sliding doors onto the balcony and sit outside on the chairs that were there (but they seemed to be permanently locked). The air conditioning had a mind of its own (we contacted the property via whatsapp and it was sorted quickly as we got to borrow a pedestal fan from the utilities room). All the blinds on the windows were broken (had no strings) so we were unable to pull them up by day, so they were always down. Batteries in the safe were flat so we were unable to get the safe working, how ever if we contacted the property Im sure it could have been rectified (it wasn’t a biggie).

The location is really central, yet quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.

The building was under renovation, so there was scaffolding all around, you couldn't look outside. The airco wasn't working, the staff said it had to do with the entire city of Milan, that they cannot use the airco's because it's not warm enough. To me it didn't make sense. It was 26 degrees outside and warmer inside. They told us to open te windows, but with all the construction dust and dirt from the street, this was far from ideal when having allergies. Also price quality is not in proportion, especially not when they don't mention the construction works and lack of air-conditioning.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming apart hotel in Milan (three friends), and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail that this establishment offers. Being culturally Dutch while working in Switzerland, we appreciated being right in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore the rich culture, history, and art of Milan. We would highly recommend this apart hotel to anyone visiting Milan, whether for business or leisure. It's a fantastic place to stay, combining cleanliness, comfort, and an unbeatable location in Milan. We look forward to return and experience its hospitality again.

Excellent location. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. I didn't meet any staff and everything including check-in and check-out was done through the phone, but any request by WhatsApp was kindly satisfied.

It was the beginning of April and 30-35 degrees Celcius outside, but the heating was still working instead of the air conditioning. Fortunately, the heating was stopped after a couple of days, but it was still hot inside.

The hotel is completely automated, so there is no staff on the premises and no service at all. There are few lockers where to leave the bags before check-in/after check-out. As the lockers are limited in number and space it’s not guarantee to find a place and the hotel doesn’t offer any alternative solution

Very central location, good facilities, tea and expresso coffee and free minibar, possibility to get up later and take breakfast in a nearby café without being disturbed by cleaning staff. Very quiet without any street/ traffic noise. Good value for money.

Not so simple digital check in procedure requires scan-in of an ID card or passport for both members of the couple but once done access to the property is with a PIN code instead of a key which is easier than walking around with a key. Local parking garage was expensive at 47,50 € per day.

I loved the location, that it had an extra door for security, luggage lockers, and the private balcony with a garden view. Everything was really beautiful inside, clean, and with a few beverages as gifts. The bathroom was also really nice. Very spacious living space and encouraged cooking.

TV was not a modern TV so no Netflix. However, it forced me to interact with the house and outside spaces more. Only music played from iPhone streaming. Not a lot of outlets for charging phone, hair straightener, blow dryer, speaker, headphones, etc. Air conditioning did not work well. Was very hot inside.

The apartment was exactly as prescribed and as photos. Very spacious, cozy and comfy like you are in your own apartment. It was super clean, wifi is strong. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The location is great in the heart of the city, 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and surroundings. It was an apartment style not a hotel so there was no reception, it was a self digital checkin and out and was super easy. The best of all was the quick efficient communication via whats app with the team. We requested an extra duve and we got one immediately. Very good option considering the price and location. By the way there is no parking in the building but there is a paid public park 1 minute away (EUR50 for 24 hours).
