We felt like in an Italian movie :) the flat has a lot of character and a great vibe, we loved the building, we loved the surrounding streets and hip bars and restaurants. Pasta in the cafe below the flat is to die for. The beds are really comfortable. We never used the kitchen so no idea how well equipped it is. We enjoyed the tea and coffee available. The terraces and views are just amazing. I rarely rate 10, and even though it wasnt luxurious or anything, it was just perfect if you know what I mean. We would definitely come back.

The dead, dry plants outside damage the views, just trim them, it will take half an hour. And some fresh flowers in a vase would make the place look really idyllic.

Good location with tram, metro station in walkable distance. Relaxing and friendy neighborhood.A supermarket nearby. The staff is very helpful, and always reply in minutes.

The apartment has no escalator. Need some effort to arrive if carry big luggage.

Loved our stay in Milan

Climbing the stairs to the 2nd floor apartment for two 75+ year olds with our bags was difficult.

The entire apartment was super nice and super clean! You have a stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything you need in a kitchen. The rooms are super nice and spacious. And the living room is perfect for spending time with the group. In the first day, we got back at 11 pm from visiting and found that the hot water was not working. The host immediately took action and sent us a technician to fix it. Mind you by the time we found out and notified them it was close to midnight. I was really impressed on how involved they are and how they followed up even the second day to make sure everything was well. They always kept in contact with us and even offered to give us tips for visiting. On my next visit to Milan I will make sure to stay with them again. Besides the incredible apartment and the fact that the host is awesome, the location is also great. Easy access to all types of transport. Great job, our dear hosts! Keep it up! 😊

First of all, the location was great. In walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Excellent coffee and pastry shop on the conner. Since did not rent a car, we used Uber and taxies when needed. Both worked well. The host for apartment was great. They sent a video prior to our arrival that showed how to get into the apartment and retrieve the keys. They communicated daily by text. Would recommend this place for two not really set up for a large family.

Would not have any changes for the service nor the apartment. Would like for folks to know however if you are a large person the shower would not work. It's a small round shower and would be a bit tight for a big person. I am 6 ft tall and 230 lbs. It was ok for me but for someone much larger it would not be the greatest.

Reviewing the via Lambro apartment. First of all I should start by saying I prefer hotels and not the Airbnb type of accommodation. However,I was pleasantly surprised from our stay. We received instructions on how to enter the apartment, It wasn't hard at all. The apartment was heated from the moment we walked in. It was equipped with basic things you might need ,kitchenware, nespresso machine plenty of capsules , plates and glasses all in very good condition. In the bathroom you had a hairdryer and full bottles of shampoo and soap. All the rooms were clean.we communicated with Danielle and had a daily exchange of messages via WhatsApp. They asked us everyday if we needed something or a recommendation which was reassuring knowing we were able to ask for something if needed,and communicate in case of emergency. From our experience the company was very professional and had great customer service, so I would definitely recommend.

What was very comfortable was the location. A five-minute walk from a metro station (Palestro the M1 or Tricolore the M4). Piazza Duomo is just a 15-20 minute walk. Furthermore there is a supermarket also within a 5 minute walking distance. So location wise the appartement at Felice Belotti, was for us excellent. There are also very good restaurants in the neigbourhood, for both vegan and non vegans. It was a very good experience, so we have nothing to complain about. Maybe an instruction on how to deposit our waste. (I had to find the fruit and general waste basket underneath the sink) and I think I saw that the shower wall between the shower and the toilet, was a little bit leaky, but that could have just been me. there is a towel on the floor, so it doesn't get slippery. But it might be worth checking out. Also, the second bed in the master bedroom is quite short, so it may not suitable for people over 1.70 cm. But we managed and had no real problems.

Nice spacious living space. Huge amount of storage. Quiet area. Well equipped. Nice touch to change the towels after 2 days. Didn’t meet the just but good dialogue through WhatsApp. Really nice area with lots of small shops and cafes which felt original and authentic.

Couldn’t get comfortable in the living room. The bar chairs are too high for the table … one comfortable armchair would be great. But as the location was really good we were not in the apartment much to have to worry too much about that.

Brand new apartment (Via Carlo Goldoni), modern, clean and with all you need for short stay. Very comfy beds. Location great, close to metro station. Some nice touches like coffee, tea, toiletries. Luggage storage available before and after check in. Very kind staff, they contact you daily, to check if everthing's fine, offering help and advices. Prompt comunication. Would stay againj for sure.

Might be more comfy for couples, but even for family was fine. A bit pricy, but like everything in Milan, so not a big deal

Excellent location: a beautiful quiet square full of vegetation, coffee shops and a private parking centre nearby. Really convenient for those who want to park their car. You may easily reach Duomo square by walking around 20 minutes. The apartment is clean, comfortable, with a large bathroom with all amenities included, such as disposable toothbrushes and slippers, an iron, hairdryer and espresso coffee machine. It is fully equipped!!! Not to forget to mention that the bed is really comfortable with a nice mattress. Daniele was excellent throughout our stay, kind and helpful. Thanks!
