The staff was so helpful and responsible. You could find everything you needed in the apartment. The location was good, with a 5-minute walk to the metro station—a clean and renovated apartment.

It was pleasant for your guests who stayed more than two or three days, put the shampoo, body wash and dishwasher detergent. It was just one in our stay for four days. On the last day of our check-out, the elevator was not working. We informed them, and they emailed us that they were working to fix this issue. However, we had a lot of luggage, and until our check-out the next day, around 11 A.M., the elevator was not working.

Communication was smooth. Although we had a minor issue and a request from us, the host always replied quickly. The Room was clean. Check-out was very easy.

We booked for 3 people but towels was for two people and the sofa bed was not made.But they reacted very smoothly. We needed to go to the central station to pick up the key. It is good because we can go anytime to pick up the key until 10pm but a little far to carry all the bags. Another customer could not pay the city tax by cash and it seemed to be a problem for them. At last, there was wifi and they could pay online but it took time. I wish they could prepare a card reader.

- Very safe and quiet location - When you encountered a problem related to key locks to enter the property, the hosts are very responsive when you contact them via Booking.com chats - There are many eateries nearby - There's a cheap pizza parlour named Pizza D'asporto Da Rimon nearby (5 to 6 euro per big box of pizza) - If you are without heavy luggages, this property is actually quite walkable from the main station of Milano Centrale. (But it could be a bit creepy at night but all is well if you have company)

- It's easy to collect the keys from the office, but unlocking the gate to the property is quite tricky. The host might need to provide proper manual (preferably with clear pictures) on how to unlock the gate and provide information on which keycodes is for which lock. - Property is quite far from the public transport if you're with heavy luggages (around 15 minutes by walking) and there are a lot of stairs to reach metro platform. I would suggest you take taxis from the main station if you're traveling with families and heavy luggages (Around 7euro per ride since it's quite near) - If you need a taxi to pick you up in the very early morning, you will have to call/book them yourselves as the property host would not be able to help you with that.

Well equipped and modern apartment, very close to local amenities, accessible with elevator

It is a little dark. You can't leave the blinds open in the apartments in the basement because everyone can see inside. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and cannot be turned off.

It was easy to get to the train station, very clean, modern, spacious.

I didn't love the area, but it was easy to get to the train station.

For those who prefer apartments to hotel rooms, this is a great place. If you know Milan, it is great for its location (close to Loreto metro stop). It is a modern apartment, very clean, with a comfy couch in the common area (joined living room/kitchen), good water pressure in the shower and thick towels, a comfy thick mattress, a large closet for hanging clothing, and good functioning heating (I visited in winter).

There is NOTHING in the kitchen in terms of basics: no salt, no coffee, no sugar, napkins, nothing. They explained that it is due to sanitation. Be prepared to bring/buy the basics if you plan to have breakfast or make a meal. Also, the fan in the bathroom needs to be cleaned! Every time it would turn on, it smelled like old cigarette smoke. (I do not smoke) We made a point not to turn on the light switch connected to the bathroom fan.

Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and hassle-free experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

I love the place. The process of picking up the key is easy for those who come by train at Milano Centrale. If you get a car/uber from the airport, it will be i bit hard to get the key and walk with the luggage. The place is like 15 min easy walk from the train station. The place is spacious and cozy and the bed was confortable. I stayed at the apt the name Country. The place is close to the supermarket.

The only thing that I dont like was the bed sheets and pillows were old and had yellow stains. And I saw some hairs on the duvet. The machine that heats water was old and dirty. Another thing, I think they could have a coffee machine, but that's not a negative point.

Nice apartment in a good location fairly near Centrale station. Kitchen was well stocked and useful. Main bed was comfortable. Nice balcony with view. Staff was quick to respond.

Was given wrong code to enter the building, which had us worried when we tried to enter late at night. Thankfully the staff responded to our message within a few minutes. Pull out bed was not comfortable, which should be somewhat expected, but it was really bad.
