Really nice hotel, modern and clean, very comfortable bed, professional staff, good breakfast (a bit expensive). Great location around Bicocca, also close to the metro.

I liked that it wasn’t too far to the train station. Still a bit of a walk which is a problem if you bought a lot of heavy things. But it was still near enough to be able to save on travel costs. The inside was splendid. Worth more than what we paid for but absolutely appreciated its price. Allows us to stay in Milan without hurting the wallet. They also provided us with all the toiletries needed. I am impressed since they are cheaper than the Courtyard by Marriot and not even they gave any of those.

I did not like how the staff at the reception announced the room number out loud for the whole lobby to hear. Also, the appearance of the hotel from the outside could be improved. At first glance my partner and I thought it was closed. The gate was not clearly marked to know where to enter upon arrival. The walk to the hotel is so rugged that it could damage your bag wheels.

Very good value for money. Location seemed far at first, but actually it is very fast to get to the centre by metro. Metro stop just 2 min away from the hotel. Staff are also very helpful. I would definitely use again.

Room was clean and comfortable. All the hotel and staff was nice. We even get some small compliments in the room - couple cookies and a candy. It was so lovely. We really enjoyed the breakfast - the most economical way is to book it at the check in for 16 eur. But you get pretty good assortment of hot and cold dishes and desserts - omelette, meatballs, sausages, fresh vegetables, cheese etc. Also the subway station is 5 min from the hotel so you can easily get wherever you want.

Fabulous hotel, close to metro and staff extremely friendly especially the bar and kitchen staff. Value for money. Will recommend to any one travelling to Milan. Easy access to San Siro and central Milan shopping district.

Front line receptionist overcharged us for breakfast which was quite odd considering that we were booked in. Didn't bother to go query. No Kettles provided in rooms - guess kettle theft seems to be huge in many of these hotels.

The hotel is located in the periphery of Milano, but it has a bus station and the subway station about 3-4 minutes away by foot. The staff is friendly, willing to help and offer information no matter the time. The single room is small, but it is just enough for someone who's only needing it for a good sleep, a cold bottle of water and a relaxing shower. It was clean, the bathroom looked newly renovated, and there was enough space for luggage and hanging clothes. The breakfast selection is great, both cold platters and cooked food available, and delicious pastries paired with a good cup of coffee offer a great start to the morning.

The location of the hotel was near (ten-minute walk) the metro. Taxi service to the central train station was quick and easy. The room was big enough for two. And, the room and bath were cleaned daily. Thanks!.

There was no English channel (news) on television. Complimentary bottles of water (especially during the summer) and a hot pot for coffee or tea would have been appreciated. Two extra pillows were provided as requested. Thank you.

We rented a car so the location was great for us, it is a quite area, air conditioning is working very well, 0 mosquitoes in the room that was perfect. It is a quite hotel, 24/7 reception and accessibility is pretty good, suitable for business trip and families. We enjoyed staying there!

I think garage is quite expensive for this type of hotel, that was an extra for us, also you can use street parking for free but you can never trust Milan. The second thing pillows, we were tempted to buy pillows from primark

The hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay in Milan. Although the location is not in the city centre, the underground is 5min walk away and connects with various stops that allow you to change metro lines. If the reason for your travel is watching a football match at San Siro Stadium, you can rest assured that your travelling will be worry free as the M5 line starts at the nearest metro station near the hotel and ends exactly on the stadium's doorstep so you won't need to change metros! Overall the stay was very pleasant and comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan!

Very quiet environment not far from the city. Just 3 minutes walk from the metro station. Room size is nice, convenient to place personal belongings in the provided space. Staffs are friendly with smile. The hotel is close to Bicocca village with a lot of restaurants and Parco Nord.
