My first interaction with anyone set the tone for my entire stay at this property. I was very early and just needed to store my bag before heading off to explore Milan. Anna was more than helpful, in both her actions and her energy. When I returned in the evening, I was told that my bag had been taken to my room - a lovely surprise. A short moment later, I realised that my adapter wasn't right for the style of plug utilised in the hotel - no bother. I was given the correct adapter and asked to return it during checkout. The room was perfect - a lovely balcony, a bathroom with great water pressure, a modern TV, and a comfortable bed. During the night, I didn't hear a single noise from any other room. In the morning, I enjoyed a lovely breakfast before checking out. Truly, a gem of a hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this property.

I chose this hotel cause it was on good location.And indeed it was.iI was able to sightseeing to all spots I wanted with perfect transport connection.Hotel is in quite street so sleeping was good.Let's be honest,we are in 3*hotel in historical building-no luxuary but very comfortable,clean and practical hotel.They did best out of it.All you need is there.All you ask personal was willing to help.Breakfast on point.Fresh coffee.Nice receptionist.Personal not too pushy,very cosy and nice.This is example how one city hotel should be

Window blinds from outside makes room darker a bit.But its not up to hotel,its everywhere around too.If you open them and its windy its noisy.But this is very subjektive cause I am used to light spaces and not necesary negative

It was located quite close to tube stations. There were stores and restaurants nearby. Reception open 24/7. Private bathroom.

Weve had an old, rough blanket and a decorative cover to sleep under, it wasn't comfortable at all. There must have been a smoking area right outside our window as we could frequently smell a strong cigarette smell, windows had to be completely shut at all times. Hairdryer was quite a nightmare to use, it was old fashioned, heavy model where the on-button had to be held for the dryer to stay on. It was making it difficult to dry my long hair, especially that there was no protective mesh on the back that caused my hair to be pulled in and damaged badly.

I was happy with my stay here - the room was small but clean and nicely furnished. There was also a fridge in my room which was very helpful. The bathroom was also nice and very clean too. The plug sockets are the 3 pin ones so please make sure you have the correct adapter as the 2 pin adapter will not fit. The receptionist very kindly let me borrow an adapter and I was able to use this for my stay. The reception desk was managed by staff at all times, and every time I walked in someone would always walk over to the desk. You do have to leave your key at the desk when leaving the hotel but in my experience I never had to wait for staff to show up so didn't mind leaving the key. The hotel is by a park in a lively residential area. The park also includes an area for dogs, and so you can often hear both children and dogs playing nearby, but it was quiet at night.

The shower in my room was broken. It was still useable, the top of the shower head was cracked so water was pouring out from the top instead. The shower drain also smelled sometimes so I kept the bathroom door shut.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to nice cafe and transport. To be honest, I dropped the bag off until late so hardly spent any time in the room. The reception is open 24 hours which was handy cos they ask you to leave the key. The hotel was busy and there was hardly any noise. Bathroom clean and hot water. Breakfast was simple but fine. Coffee bar. I liked it.

There was a safe in the room but didn't work. It is sometimes a hassle to ask management to look at this. No problem but always worth checking these things.

The host was amazing and kind, they had late night check in! The hotel was located in a quiet neighbourhood and there is a metro station on 3min walk from the hotel, and also a night bus that stops on 4min walk from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy with a big king sized bed in the middle. Also there's a small garden behind the reception, that you can use to chill. A small park opposite of the hotel and coffee shops with good pastries in the area.

The hotel is placed near Loreto underground station with amazing connection to Duomo or Milano Centrale. The staff is very friendly, they answered every question nicely especially on how to get to the hotel from Bergamo airport. The room was a bit small but it was not a problem for us, the beds were okay and the wifi was working pretty fast. It was really good for a three nights stay. Might return again when I'm in Milan.

The pillow was not comfy and it's the only con I can think of.

Spacious, comfortable, friendly staff

We had our flight cancelled and needed to find somewhere fast. The hotel we stayed before was booked. So we booked this. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The metro was just a few minutes walk away and only 2 stops from the central train station .

Breakfast is basic but would have been nice to have bread and a toaster and hard boiled eggs . But we enjoyed what we had

Very friendly & accommodating staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and they always provide fresh towels & replenish the bathroom supplies. There's also a mini fridge, safe, cable tv & wi-fi. The property is situated in a quiet area, but still close & accessible to the main attractions & feels very homey.

No elevator. It wasn't a problem for me, but just something to take note if you have accessibility/disability issues or have a big luggage. Also, coffee/tea making facility could have been provided in the room. But overall, still a recommended place to stay.
