the room was lovely / bathroom was lovely. breakfast was great value and there’s a menu to choose from aswell

the hotel is a bit hidden away, receptionist said it was a former office block , it explained the very small or no reception area, was just a desk with a computer at the entrance to the hall of the rooms.. we had been traveling for some time and stayed in numerous of hotels and I’ve never seen that before.. also to go for breakfast you need to go out pass a gym by people working out, it works but a bit off putting especially when you’ve no idea where your going. but staff were lovely.

Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, staff was super nice, breakfast was good. The place is not too close from any metro stations, but you can walk to some of the biggest attractions in Milan.

On our last day breakfast was served half an hour late, which would not be a problem if we didn’t have a flight to catch. Also, despite being extremely nice to us, we did hear some heated arguments between the staff in the kitchen while we were waiting for breakfast. Although not fluent, my husband and I speak some Italian and we were uncomfortable with all the swearing and throwing things around in the kitchen while we needed to eat before leaving on a 15 hour long trip.

beautifully managed property and use of bio products is great, on arrival we were talked through all about the hotel and expected steps to follow and also the local area. Eugenio was very helpful and Knowledgeable and really helped in making better decisions of how to plan our travel for the next day. Sauna is a added bonus

It’s a bit far off from centre. as we were only in mIlan for a very short time it took longer to commute. So this will be an option if we are staying in Milan for more than 2 days. Breakfast cost was too much though options were limited.

The staff was quite helpful and kind. the room is comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The products are from a famous brand and quite nice to use. The linen is soft. The room has a nice tea maker and tea selection. For us it was quiet the whole night. It is a decent location. Close to the trams.

The room decoration is on the “macho” style. There are weird pictures of blonde ladies on the wall in suggestive poses. The tea area was a little dusty.

Great little hotel in a really nice residential area, staff are friendly and it’s super clean. We did have an issue with our Air Conditioner but they handled it very well. Would highly recommend

Room is bigger than expected, but perhaps the chair at the desk is a little too big and takes up a lot of room. Other than an issue with the AC it was very good

Overall our stay was very good. The room was well appointed and comfortable and the location is excellent. All members of staff were warm, welcoming and friendly.

Our only issue was that the air conditioning was not turned on as summer had not officially started in Milano. The system is centrally controlled by the building administration, so unfortunately the a/c is not quite as advertised. This issue has been flagged by many visitors, but remains unresolved.

Often when you are in Italy it is hard finding a "hotel" that will ofter you a good night sleep, due to the rooms are often not that sound isolated and with scooters and motorcycles driving by very often, then there is a lot of noise. But this hotel is so well sound isolated that you can't hear anything from the street. The rooms are newly renovated and very well maintained. The hosts are so welcoming and sweet. The location is perfect. Close to the centre, but not too close, so you still get a feeling of the real Milano. I've already recommended it to several of my friend and I would choose this "hotel" again the next time I return to Milano.

It can be a bit hard to find the entrance, as it isn't a hotel. But the receptionist was down in a sec, when we called them. Anyway if you find the balletschool, you are on the right way :)

The overall hospitality was excellent, with a warm greeting from all staff I came across. I particularly liked the personalised note in my room. Can't recommend this highly enough!

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. While we enjoyed most of the hotels we stayed at on this 3 week trip in Europe, I considered not giving a 10 out of 10 to other hotels because I couldn't give this hotel a higher score than 10, and this hotel is the best we've stayed in for a while at this price range. If I could, I would give this a 12 out of 10. Loation wise, it's located in the Porta Vittoria area of Milan, surrounded by lots of nice bars, cafes and restaurants. It's easily accessible by tram from Milan Central Station, and about a 20min walk to the Duomo. The room is very nice and clean, with a very modern bathroom- the shower turns into a Turkish bath/steam room which we really enjoyed. The room keeping was great - they even folded my husband's clothes which were lying around everywhere. The staff there are just great, every one of them. They are responsive, polite and really take their time to be helpful to the guests. One of them even helped us get metro tickets using his own credit card. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Milan.

Great price, very nice room, and very kind staff

The Aircon was malfunctioning (meaning we couldn’t adjust it ourselves and had to ask the staff). But I guess it’s a punctual issue, so I still think our stay was amazing
