Extremely helpful staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast room! Coffee and eggs by order together with freshly pressed orange juice was a very surprising gesture. The breakfast buffet was generous without being overwhelming, and it has all you need (bread, spread, cereal, jam, pastry, toast, cheese, fresh fruits..etc) Very clean, very quiet area, well functioning air conditioning. Lots of restaurants nearby, from small pizzerias to Michelin recommended restaurants only a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Pro tip: book sun beds and umbrellas in advance! (Ask at the hotel before your stay, or use Google). We stayed there at the beginning of August, so the beaches wasn’t full, but there were still a few days we had difficulties of getting beds, especially during the weekend). Will certainly recommend this hotel!

This little hotel is a gem! The marble throughout the downstairs area is gorgeous! The staff were extremely helpful, calling taxis for us, giving us recommendations, and making drinks! Breakfast was delicious, and had several options. The beach area is only a short walk away!

The rooms are on the tiny side, making it difficult to move around the room.

Stayed overnight to move to La spezia early morning. The hotel is very clean and the receptionist who checked us late at night was very kind. Got a parking right outside the hotel. Breakfast was good and the lady at the coffee counter prepared us the best coffee we had in our vacation.

Rooms are a tad bit small. Nothing else to complain about.

Staff is very polite and helpful, and they speak English. The hotel is clean and warm, breakfast is good.

Wifi works, but you can work on improving the signal

Very very clean! Good value for money! The location is wow.. and the surrounding is more than wow! A small canal near with fishes, birds (even 2 swans!), turtles and even a beaver :)) 5 min walk to the nearest beach, a lot of restaurants in the area and 10 min walk from the pedestrian area..

From the outside, this hotel really looks like one of those 3* hotels, that have seen better times and could require a makeover, but actually the rooms are pretty modern. Good and quiet location and the staff was really nice. Unfortunately, they did not have a breakfast buffet at the time of our stay, but that was right after Italy dropped many Covid restrictions and they would have needed more time to prepare but no problem, we could chose what we wanted and they deliverd it to our table. Parking was free on the site.

The hotel doesn't have many things that are "special" but absolutely nothing was wrong.

The front desk goes out of the way to make your stay the best it can be! They got us a rental car and scheduled taxis to the train station.

Room was small.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was immaculate. Parking was available. Breakfast was plentiful. We could walk to restaurants and the waterfront.

Excellent hotel, maybe one of the best in the area. The rooms were clean and spacy, personel was kind and ready to help in any situation, breakfast was very good.
