This B&B exceeded our expectations. The room was a very nice size and decorated beautifully. The location was excellent and close to many restaurants. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room which was stocked with many reasonably priced items. The sea view was amazing while sitting at a table and chairs on the small balcony while sipping Prosecco was heavenly. The sunrises were beautiful. The property is immaculate and well maintained by the owners Francesca and Cosmos. Breakfast served on their beautiful terrace was delicious and beautifully presented. We hope to return again.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

This BNB is located in a perfect area. The bay is across the street and every room has a water view. It is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The owners are professional and very friendly. The breakfast is amazing.

Booking.com made a mistake with the booking. Our booking showed 2 rooms, 2 people per room for a total of 4 adults in 2 rooms. The property’s booking showed 2 rooms one person per room, for a total of 2 adults. Confirm with property after you booked.

I loved absolutely everything about our stay at La dimora di Caboto, this is first class all the way! And most of all I thank Francesca for the best breakfast that I have had in all of Italy, plus being offered a choice is so very nice. Our room was just simply perfect with the most beautiful views and everything you need is in this room, it is truly first class this b & b and a must stay if you travel to Gaeta. The location was perfect, surrounded with many excellent restaurants. Small (3 rooms) B & B located in the heart of Gaeta. Clean as a whistle, lovely breakfast, and very attentive young couple who are the owners. They obviously are putting a lot of care and thoughtfulness into running their business.

We liked everything but I will mention that if you arrive after dark be sure to flip on the lights in the hallway to walk up the 3 flights of stairs to the property. The switch is located on the wall to the right. Also if you can’t handle stairs this is probably not the right fit for you. The property has 3 rooms, all with private baths as noted. However for one of the rooms the bathroom is located across a short hall, not inside the room. This is the room we got and although it was fine for our one night stay we were a bit surprised to find it wasn’t located within our room.

Francesca is a delightful host. She ran up several flights of stairs with our luggage and was very helpful with suggestions for local seafood restaurants and for day trips from Gaeta. Free parking is available in front of the building and in many places in Gaeta with a special pass she gives you. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room had a lovely view of the water and balcony to sit outside and watch the world go by. The town has several beautiful churches that are only open on certain days. The tijella (covered pizza) is a local specialty and the octopus tijella is fantastic.

There are many stairs up to the B&B but it didn't interfere with our stay.

Our host worked exceptionally hard to make us happy. The breakfast was huge and well presented. They will helpful in pointing us to good restaurants. They were flexible in their approach.

I did not like the background music at breakfast on the terrace. I hadn’t expected 69 steps up to the apartment.

This is a gem of a B&B in the heart of Gaeta! The room is bigger than I thought, with everything one would need - and a stellar terrace overlooking the bay! The owners are very thoughtful - providing all linens, plenty of towels and toiletries, strong AC, TV, outdoor patio furniture, and even a small fridge mini-bar! The common area had water, tea, and small snacks available at all times. Note - the rooms are located on the 3rd floor so there are several flights of stairs to climb (no lift). Breakfast was a delightful experience! It was served on the rooftop terrace and was absolutely perfect! And the Lidos are just a 10 minute walk from here... truly, a great spot in Gaeta. Would definitely return to this wonderful B&B, and highly recommend it!

We arrived in the 18:00 hour, so parking was VERY difficult to find. We made several loops over the course of 15-20 minutes to no avail. My partner had to wait in the lot with the car while I ran up to check-in and get the key. We ended up finding parking several blocks away.

For this price an amazing place to stay. Nice people, good sized room and a nice bed. Parking was arranged free of charge. For this money a great place to stay!

We had the room with a bathroom just on the other side of the hallway (was private though). I would always ask for a room with the bathroom inside the room.

Size of the room (+ suitcase rack) balcony and amazing view . Finally a decent kettle! Also we could walk into dining area and grab water etc. Francesca lovely and the best breakfast. Plenty of free parking out front . Bonus December light show !

All good . This is for fellow travellers. That it is on the 3rd floor and no elevators.

It was clean, comfortable and had great views especially the rooftop terrace for breakfast. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. Everyday Francesca served eggs in a new way and her pancakes were amazing. Francesca was a great host.

There are three flights of stairs to the property and no lift. This could be challenging for an older couple.
