We spent the 25th of April and the rest of the weekend at Mangia’s Selinunte Resort and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Every detail was carefully thought out, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere captured the true essence of Sicily the food was absolutely incredible, full of authentic flavors that made us feel like we were sharing a meal with lifelong friends. The bar was a highlight too, with an especially friendly team who made every moment enjoyable. A special mention to the Calogero Negroni hands down the best Negroni we’ve ever had, crafted with passion and skill like no other. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly warm and welcoming, always with a smile and a kind word and the director Giampiero, as always, was so humble and approachable, making us feel not like guests, but like part of the Mangia’s family. It’s rare to find a place where every little thing is done with such heart and care, we can’t wait to come back! 100% recommended!

What I liked the most was the exceptional dining experience at the Scausu Grill. Chef Dimino Giuseppe, the friendly bartender, and the waiters Michela and Filippo made us feel right at home. My daughter especially loved the delicious dishes prepared just for her – a special touch that truly elevated our stay. The Relax Pool was also a highlight, offering a peaceful spot to unwind. Kudos to the helpful lifeguard who assisted when my wife was stung by a bee!

The indoor areas were uncomfortably cold, especially after returning from the pool, with a stark temperature difference that made us feel almost unwell. The breakfast area could also use improvement, as there were many wasps outside and the indoor section wasn’t as clean as expected for a hotel of this standard.

Kind staff, very good food, we had a chance to try a lot of Italian cuisine ( pasta with seafood, cannoli), good alkohol choice, big green territory. Great animation, music at the pool. Mainly guests speak Italian and French. They have a train to drive to the seaside, however you can also reach by foot-10 min

if you would like to visit some touristic places they are quite far away from the hotel

We appreciated the variety of activities the hotel offered - pool (aqua gym), fitness, evening programme. The staff was kind

Check-in at 4 PM is relatively late; check-out at 10 AM is the opposite. The cleaning process at the breakfast and dinner lasted longer, so the tables remained dirty and with dirty dishes. There were sometimes ants - in the room.

The location per se is stunning. Food is high quality and the staff is professional and kind

The position is not the best as you need to walk about 10 minutes to get to the sea (under the sun)

More information about the beach being a long walk after the train dropped you off would be helpful. In the heat it is a long way.

Very nice, modern resort with gorgeous garden! We enjoy every minute there. Staff were great, professional and helpful. The pools were great.

Info wasn’t clear about access to the beach. The ride there should be extended to later hours in the summer. Water sport activities were closed on a Friday!!
