The room was very comfortable and very clean. The entire hotel is immaculate. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and breakfast there was excellent as well. We got to the hotel early and they were very accommodating and let us check in early. Our two little mini schnauzers were welcome in the room and the dining room. We loved that! We had a great sleep in a very quiet comfortable hotel.

We loved everything about this boutique hotel. Staff was great. Room was great. Dining room was also very lovely.

The location was very well located right off the highway so it was not difficult to reach. There is a restaurant on site if you don't feel like hunting for food in the area. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and stocked with toiletries. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I stayed only one night as I was on the way to Italy but definitely would consider this hotel for future stays.

The only one thing is that I had to go through the restaurant kitchen to get to the rooms. I was told that after hours there was an alternate independent entrance on the side which is not connected to the restaurant but it would be nice to have a separate entrance at all times as it is a bit cumbersome to go through the restaurant if you are staying only as a guest or carry your luggage through the restaurant guests.

Great hotel with lovely staff, who speak several languages. Room was comfortable, but used my own pillow :). Easy to park the car right in front of the hotel/restaurant. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Bread, ham, cheese, croissants, jams and Nutella, yogurts, boiled eggs and orange juice. We were also served hot chocolate and coffee. The location was about 20mins from Morcote and near to the motorway to continue the journey to Italy. Would gladly stay there again Thank you, Grazie, Obrigada, Danke.

Pillows, but haven't found a hotel with good pillows yet, so travel with mine. Other than that everything was lovely. Definitely recommend it.

Well located for travellers en route through from/to Italy or a base for the local area including very nearby Lake Como. Parking easy. Staff friendly. On site restaurant with good quality food and extensive wine list. Well served continental breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable appartement. The staff was attentive and polite and always there to assist. Given that all the appartements were free at the time of our checking in, we were able to take the one we liked most. Although the facilities are very close to the highway, no traffic noise can be heard. The price quality ratio was simply excellent.

friendly staff, very clean room, breakfast was good (served on the table just for us since we were the only guest) Hotel's main business seems to be the restaurant and wine trading but the hotel rooms are a good idea in case some restaurant guests could not make it home again due greater wine tasting ;-)

the hotel is located under a highway bridge (not really a holiday spot but good for 1 night or after extensive wine tasting :-) ).

We used this hotel for an overnight stay during our trip to Italy. It is conveniently located near the highway with free parking right by the entrance, which was perfectly in line with our goals. The room was good enough for our family of 4. The breakfast was also nice.

There could be some noise from the highway during the night, especially from the motorcycles. The mattress was a bit too soft.

The hotel offers a top-notch service and great food. We liked especially the dinner, but also the breakfast was satisfactory. The beds were also very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet and peaceful.

The location is not ideal, though it's easily reachable by car.

The hotel was perfect for my stopover on a long journey back home. It was very easily accessible from the highway and has plenty of parking spaces. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and attentive. A fridge with water bottles, and a coffee/tea machine are available for use by the guests in the common space. The breakfast is continental, but very good. Overall, for the price paid, this was excellent. I arrived late and didn't try the restaurant, but it looks quite attractive.

Unfortunately we recieved a complaint about being to loud. In all honesty completletly not deserved. Spoiled the atmosphere, and the stay. Guess its true what they say, Germans dont have a sense of humor.
