The hotel has a restaurant. They serve breakfast there in the morning. İn the evening, the restaurant becomes the grill haven. You will never taste such a good meat anywhere in İtaly. We did not drink anything with the meat to keep the smell of the wood in our mouth. The staff was moving in fast forward mode. They were fast, efficient, kind, always smiling. They all know what they are doing. All speak at least three languages and you never look for them, they come to you. İncredible. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable.

Our room was a little bit cold. We kept the toilet door open because the radiator there was working better than the one in the room.

The hotel and restaurant were elegant, understated and simply beautiful. Everything had a relaxed vibe, from the colors to the lighting to the textures. Perfectly decorated for de-stressing. The sauna and pool areas were especially peaceful and immaculate. The restaurant was pure perfection and staff members Carlos and Yasmine impressed me each and every day of my stay.

There is nothing I disliked. If I had to stretch I would say the mini fridge was a little tight and I ended up puncturing a can when I tried to close it.

High quality of everything and attentive service. The sauna & wellness area are beautiful and spacious and the restaurant is really excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. Service here also very good. Loved the design of every part of the hotel & restaurant. Very tasteful and elegant.

My room happened to be a bit smaller than I expected, with very little space to fully open my suitcase. I did work it out, but us something to just know if you come with more than 1 regular size suitcase. My recommendation for the sauna would be to offer aroma oil (eucalyptus / mint / bergkräuter mix) to add to the water to pour on the heater. Just to make it even more perfect 💚

We arrived after a car drive from hell so we weren't in the best mood ;-) but the staff did everything to welcome us and make us feel more relaxed. Due to the late arrival we had decided to cancel the restaurant that we had originally booked and dine at the Eggentaler. They went out of their way to organise a table for us and even though we had to wait 2 hours that was all made well by the lovely service and the delicious nibbles we got with our drinks. The restaurant is excellent - fabulous choice of meats and a wine list to die for. Room was very clean. Breakfast simple but good quality and again fabulous service.

The room was in another building without elevator - bit of a hassle to get our luggage up ;-) The bathroom was extremely small.

Kadaun where Eggentaller is situated is a lovely village at the outskirts of Bolzano/ Bozen. Conveniently situated for reaching Seceda, Latemar and the lakes. Eggentaler offers a refined rural mini- resort atmosphere, and fantastic food at the restaurant which is Michelin-listed. A nice swimming pool with sun shining on the deck well after 7PM in early August. Great time overall. Markus is a great host!

Breakfast could be a bit more varied, with salads, cold cuts and beverages.

It was really clean, a little far from the center but near the highway and well connected with the local transport. The room was really clean, with everything you might need, and even if outside was below zero, the room stayed warm even after opening the window. We tried the Spa and it was really relaxing too!

The only little problem was the temperature of the room. It was quite warm the whole time, but I think that this is just a preference

Great little family-run boutique hotel beside the Ega River in the small town of Cardano. Plenty of free parking directly outside with additional parking 50m down the road. Two historic150 yr old buildings sympathtically modernized. Really comfortable king size bed with 2 separate duvets, huge modern bathroom, 2 lovely bathrobes, spacious private, outdoor terrace with several seating areas. Good wifi, good air conditioning, good TV. Great restaurant for dinner and super advice from Moritz, the sommelier and son of the owner. Great breakfast, lots of choices. Outdoor pool, lovely outdoor seating area, outdoor covered dining area. Fantastic hotel!

Everything went well from the very beginning. We loved the hotel, the restaurant and the sauna. We were so impressed to find such a gem. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful, too. And everyone was so dog-friendly, so we felt right at home with our dog.

It's very minor, but it would have been good to have some vegetarian selections at the restaurant. They made something for us, and it was absolutely delicious, but there wasn't anything on the menu to choose from.

Friendly staff. They provided us breakfast for takeaway due to our schedule. The hotel provides jacuzzi but too bad we didn't get the chance to try it out. The restaurant here is on the michelin guide 2020 recommendation list.

The rooms is a bit small considering its a triple room. Bathroom is a bit too narrow as well. Lighting can be improved as I personally think it is a bit too dim.

Staff is very friendly, the room is well equipped and clean. Breakfast is good. Nice place to stay in a quiet environment.

If you are travelled by public transportation, the location is out of town and require to walk abou 10 mins to the hotel.
