The apartment is centrally located and easy walking distance for everything. The host confirmed via Booking.com everything with me beforehand and how to access the apartment, there were also signs in the apartment what to do. We only stayed one night. Clean and well appointed, water in the fridge was a nice touch. The en suite in the main bedroom was very small and you had to pass into it sideways to enter, so its functional with large bottles of shampoo/ body wash placed on the floor inside. The main bathroom was roomy and perfect for family use. The kitchen had all you would need if you were staying longer and both bedrooms were spacious. WiFi was quick and no issues. Would recommended for a short stay if you wanted to be in walking distance and cook in the evenings. As mentioned in previous reviews there is no breakfast provided, it is just the name of the property. But there are lots of places as you exit for breakfast etc.

Amazing location! 10 min walk from train station , easy walk into city centre 10 mins. Supermarkets, cafes, bars on same street or literally round the corner . The photos do not do this stunning apartment justice Spotless , huge space , grand high ceilings , wrap around balcony , 2 bathrooms , comfy beds , beautiful view over Bologna , feels so Italian ❤️ Ripley lift as well - loved that ! We just loved it and didn’t want to leave

The home was in a fantastic location...walking distance to the Vatican, Trevi fountain, Colosseum and lots of delicious restaurants and cafes...a short walk away. amazingly there was a natural spring water tap on the corner of the street that was absolutely delicious We were travelling with our 2 adult kids and found the apartment a bit small for the 4 of us...but was great otherwise

The shower was a bit of a problem as it didn't have any pressure and the drains were very slow to drain.

Spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. The, washing machine and line were very welcome. Good AC, fridge and lovely views from private balcony. 15 minute walk to train station. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment was spacious, very clean, nice decor, wifi worked well, comfy beds, good shower pressure, washing machine was a plus.

Fortunately we had quiet neighbours but we could clearly hear them talk so if they had been any louder it would have been annoying.

Very spacious apartment with a beautiful view over the rooftops. A lovely fruit shop close to the front door and great cafes close by too.

The breakfast and the staff were great. The place is located in a nice building, friendly neighours, silent, nice terrace, good view. is in the center at fairly close distance to the most important sites, returants and bars and the train station. Nice electrib bide in the bathroom :) with warm water.

In the pictures it is not visible but the bathroom is superbly small. This would be still ok, but entrance to the shower is very narrow. Not for claustrophobics :)

Lovely spacious apartment. Well located for train station and for the historic centre.

Although it is entitled B & B da Matilde there is no meal service.

The location is excellent. The apartment has a very nice balcony. The room was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped.

The room was not well soundproofed. I heard the noise all night from the neighbors and the room next to me. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep.
