I was travelling for work and was not looking for something luxury and that place has covered completely expectations. It was comfy, tidy and clean. Very well situated as it is at a short driving distance from the Bologna Fair and at just 10 minutes walking distance from the ideal center. The room was nice and not suitable only for work travellers but also for leisure travelling. There are parking spaces just in front of the hotel door but for sure a pre booking is needed as the places are limited.

Nothing particular, everything was fine

Close to the city center, 15/20 minute pleasant walk with places to stop and have a seat and coffee… or wine along the way. Clean, warm and for the price we paid we were very happy. They are as advertised, and truthful in their description and photos. Staff friendly and helpful. Is it five star … absolutely not, but they don’t claim to be ! It is a pleasant place to lay your head after a day of walking … absolutely in our opinion. There is a hospital across the road but we didn’t hear anything from about 8.30pm till the morning so didn’t disturb us at all.

The staff was very helpful. The location was in a great spot to quickly go get some pizza when we arrived very late. Within less than a 5 minute walk where you're at a spot that was able to make pizza within 10 minutes. We were told there was personal pizza but each one was probably good enough for our family of 3. The shower was a great size and hot water came quickly.

Air conditioning could turn on, because of the seasonal part of the year. Staff helped with the situation? And found us a fan. We had very noisy neighbors next door and it continued on till 23:00, but the staff did put me into it. And they definitely should have common sense they seem to be friends with the people (at least they knew one of the girls).

It was Cosmoprof fair time. They were fully booked. The structure is very beautiful with nice view. totally clean rooms. great staff. 2 star but for sure they deserve more. Julien was such a nice boy at front desk and always helpful. One of the days there was no taxi and he took me and another guest to fair himself by his car. The breakfast was also great. I loved the cakes that they get for breakfast. very fresh and delicious.

I loved everything. Just location wasn't that good. 20 mins walk up to bus station.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Walking distance to the old city, good value. We were attending an exhibition at Fiera, which was 35 minutes' walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including arranging a taxi tp pick us up at 4am for the airport.

The room was very warm meaning we needed to keep the windows open all night, which given the city location was a little noisy.

-very insistent staff about our arrival hour in the emails. We understood that after 9 pm we should send the ID's, but we knew that we will arrive in time :) . Also when you drive 700km it's hard to check the booking messages ...

The hotel is located in a cozy district and you can reach easily any place of Bologna (on foot or by bus) Breakfast is quite rich The stuff is helpful and friendly The rooms are clean, changing towels on a daily basis

We faced with a problem with water in the bathroom- one day it was cold And next day a pipe in a corridor leaked But the stuff solve the cases quickly

The hotel is positioned right in front of a bus stop which gets you mainly everywhere you need and it was pretty close to the city center, ~15-20 mins by walk. The room was nice, clean and big enough for a couple, the stuff cleaned the room and changed the towels on a daily basis. The breakfast was very good especially the fact that there were not only sweet things, but also salami, mortadella, cheese, boiled eggs, focaccia and butter, of course along side with the best sweet pastries and jam. Value-price wise I can say it was a really good deal and would definitely come back!

I liked the value for money and the cleanliness of the room. It was quiet as well and we were even able to sleep with the windows open. That being said, we were within walking distance of the city centre with cafes and restaurants right around the corner!

The hotel staff weren't the most helpful with planning our trips or recommending places unfortunately. We asked one member of staff on the first night of our arrival where would be a good for having dinner and they said "No recommendations, but you could have a look on Just Eat". This was Saturday evening.

-Clean room, bathroom very clean and renovated but general aspect of the room not very pleasant, maybe because of the metal door at the entrance and the tiny window that give a feeling of claustrophobia -Small courtyard, very pleasant and useful -air conditioning, refrigerator, elevator, TV -exceptional location, 5 minutes from the entrance to the old town -young receptionists from the day of arrival very nice

- the lady from day two, very sullen -Private parking is at 200 m, hard to find by a person who does not speak Italian and does not understand the explanations in this language. After you use the card at the parking lot you have to return the hotel card but you have nowhere to park in front of the hotel -the location is very hard to find with GPS although it is on a main street poor breakfast
