The location is outstanding. Not only is the property right in the heart of historic Bologna, but it's also near a supermarket and many highly rated restaurants, street food spots, and bars. You couldn't ask for a better location. The staff deserves special mention for being exceptionally pleasant and attentive. They were proactive at every step, always ready to help without needing to be asked, and consistently greeted guests with a smile. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Besides the rooms, there is a huge guest room available with snacks, coffee, tea, books, and sofas. The room itself is quite small and, as is typical in Italy, the pillows are soft, but that’s not really a downside, just a characteristic. Highly recommended.

The employees were amazing. Thank you Laura for your time with explaining and showing us the place. As we already faced some issues with public transport, Laura was the one trying to show us where we can find additional informations regading public transport also giving us lots of recommendations for food spots. We were also so surprized about the room which was very nice with lots of space and very nice interior. The accomendation is in the center and within walking time you can see a lot of the city.

To reach the accomodation its a ca. 30 min walk with lagguage (due to the uneven ground) a little unconvenient and because there was Tour the france it was also not very fast reachable otherwise it was amazing. One thing rooms are not that sound proof. So you can here everyone talking when your are staying in the floor.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting us with booking a taxi for our early morning flight. The room was exceptional—well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The hosts even managed to prepare us small breakfast packages due to our early flight. I would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here on all my future visits to Bologna.

We had a lovely three-night stay at 051 R&B. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. Friendly and efficient service from the staff at all times. Great self-service breakfast in the nice communal area. The location is perfect in the heart of old town Bologna, with historic sites, restaurants, bars and cafés only a short walk away.

The location was excellent. Very close to city center and shops and eateries. Perfect place to go out and enjoy the city from. The office and breakfast area was so cute. The breakfast was a beautiful spread of a continental breakfast. The staff was lovely and helpful.

It was hot when we were there and the air conditioner was not working properly in our room. Hopefully they were able to repair it.

The staff, Andrijana, Laura, Allesia and Arianna are so kind and helpful. They’ve communicated with us all the time, giving us all the necessary details about the check in process, premises and everything we needed upon our arrival. They were very kind and had our room ready even before the check-in time. Room was stylish and spacious, bathroom modern and impeccable clean. There is a lounge space where you can make yourself coffee, tea and try some pastry snacks all day long. Breakfast is nice, many sweet delicious pastries. The location is amazing, in the heart of Bologna, just a step away from Le Due Torri. We have really enjoyed and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The receptionist very friendly, the room was clean and warm. The breakfast very good and we love to have free coffee and biscuits all day long. The decorations from the breakfast room is very nice. In the middle of the center .You can't visit everything by fot

I ask for a room more quiet because I'm very sensitive with the noise then I'm sleeping and unfortunately they give us a room wich was exactly on the opposite side of the kitchen ,wich was terrible from 7 o'clock when they start to prepare the breakfast. You can hear all the drawers opening and closing. Otherwise is a very good apartment and we understand maybe they didn't have another room, or this room was the room we booked and for one night it wasn't a big deal for me

Great spacious room in the center of Bologna. The breakfast is ok, the snack area near the rooms is a great chance to freshen up and grab a cookie before heading out

The only thing is that the AC doesn’t cool the room as much, so if the day is extremely hot I don’t know if it will be enough. Maybe it was just an issue that needs to be fixed

Very good location: about 20min from railway station and 5 min from the main old city sights. The room was not large, but very clean, with AC. big TV and big comfortable bed. Staff was super polite and helpful)

Adding some vegetables and fruits would have been nice. But despite that, the breakfast was delicious and filling

-Water is not hot all day( it was rarely warm at night) -The room was cold "the floor was ice cold" for this season it would have been better to provide another option to heat the room. - It is better to assign the staff that are more fluent in English to answer the emergency contact.
