Where to start?! The best place for a summer vacation on the beach for a family with children. Spacious reception area, spacious rooms with sea view, access to the beach, nice swimming pools for kids, they even have a stage for night shows. Great bar/resturant by the pool. Excellent breakfast. Also the area surrounding the hotel is truly nice. They also have a shuttle that takes you to city and back at different times. Everyone working there is just beautiful and super helpful. I really want to thank them all. I especially thank Nicola at the reception who was exceptional in arranging our activities for the day. Also Sasha and Guilia were truly nice. We had a great time and will definitely come again, and I highly recommend for a family with children. A big thank you!

This hotel is great for families with small children. It is well maintained and equipped with all what you need during your stay. Location is great as well: both in walking distance to the shops/restaurants and to the private beach. Underground parking is well secured for luxurious cars stay. Incredible water flow in the shower allows you to save precious time of your vacation. Free shuttle bus transfer to the Bibione downtown. There were a lot of special occasion events and activities.

Floors in our room weren't cleaned on a daily basis and it is important cause some amount of sand was transferred from the beach unintentionally by us. Italian stuff was quite impulsive sometimes and gave disappointing warnings, but that is a part of local specifics and entourage.

The hotel is located in a quite part of Bibione and 3 minutes walk to the beach. I loved the beach access and the fact that we were assigned a specific umbrella and chairs on the beach and also the safe on the beach. Breakfast is outstanding with a huge number of options and freshly squeezed juices and good coffee. Room was clean and decent in size. There are a few ok restaurants and fast food options nearby. They have some children entertainment but we never saw it as we spent most of the time on the beach

Price was quite high but services of the hotel were good.

Kids friendly hotel with private beach, garage, nice room with spacious balcony, very nice selection for breakfast, room service, delicious dinner.

Floor in the room was vacuumed but not wet cleaned, our baby was crawling so we could see that. A bit chaotic at the breakfast, not every available table was prepared and served, no clean glasses on display, when asked, was offered used dirty glass by a young waiter. Completely killed the good impression we had the evening before when got a delicious dinner from a middle-aged waiter (don’t know his name).

Well, it is difficult to say something about the hotel. Because everything was great. Location. Perfect check-in, service, room with nice balcony, parking garage about 10 meters from the hotel. Private beach and nice pool in hotel area.

Actually, we had little bit problem with air condition in the room. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not. Also small detail on the breakfast, we were told to wait every day in the breakfast room entrance till someone comes and takes us to the table. We spent there 3 nights and every morning nobody was there. After 5 minutes of waiting, we just went inside and found someone from the staff to give us a table. But he looked at us and asked us very directly, that we are supposed to stand at the front door. But for the hole time of our stay in the hotel, we saw nobody there.

Our recent stay was exceptional. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the culinary experience was outstanding. The highlight was the beach amenities, with notably spacious sunbeds and a cleverly integrated safe box in the umbrella, offering both comfort and security. The friendly staff and the breathtaking beachfront location made this a truly unforgettable family getaway. We can't wait to return.

One minor inconvenience was that the food at the restaurant wasn't all labeled, leaving us guessing at times about our meal choices.

We booked half-board: Breakfast was amazing, good variety and excelent quality. Dinner was also good, one of the best tiramisu we’ve had in Italy! The hotel is right in front of a “private” beach and close to several restaurants and shops. It has it’s own private parking. People at the reception and restaurant were very nice and did everything to attend our needs.

The bathroom of our room was prepared for people with disabilities which was strange when we wanted to use the shower because the entire floor was flooded and slippery which is not great when you’re travelling with a 1,5 year old baby.

Second time here. Excellent premises, facilities, service and food. Excellent location, too.

Unexpectedly, the air conditioner turned on automatically around 3 in the morning every night, the blower mouth being positioned above the couch where my little girl was sleeping.

It s nice hotel few steps from the beach It’s clean It has all what you need In a 4 stars ✨ hotel What I relay liked that it has a nice garage included in price so your car is safe So it is not Oauuu but for that money it’s really not bad

If you want to relax like a couple forget it because there mostly families with small babies The Al la Carte restaurant has only sea food specialities

the pool is nice. a little smaller than the pictures lead you to believe but it’s still very nice. the location is really good as well. close to the town area with lots of restaurants and bars.

the spa area is nice and the website says it’s available to all guests but when we went up there with our 7 year old daughter they waited until she was in the hot tub already to tell us that she wasn’t allowed there. that’s a pretty crappy thing to do to a kid. I understand certain things being off limits to the children, but it’s a family resort so the spa should be available for everyone
