The first impact was with Marco, he is so respectful and helpful, always smiling & there for us. I can say that all personal was like Marco. The room was big, new furniture, bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was big too and new; great balcony, I almost forgot. Taverna da Bruno & Lasagneria they served fantastic food and the staff was great too. The beach (number 18) is nearby (5 min to walk) and is beautiful too. I must say that everywhere was extremely clean. Bellaria center is like a Christmas Market with so many lights, but in August at 30 degree’s 😁 everywhere shops, small restaurants/taverna , simply a paradise, really unbelievable !!!! Our car was stayed perfect, under the first floor. It was beautiful per total, more beautiful that I have expected; so GRAZIE MILLE A VOI !!!

We are used with what ALL INCLUSIVE means in Spain and other locations where we stayed, inclusive in Italy; here was a little bit strange because you become drinks included only at the restaurant. If you need a water in the hotel you must pay it, for example. In such a beautiful location at the breakfast they don’t serve at all cheese and/or some vegetables, at least some cherry tomatoes. One week was not enough 😁

The breakfast was outstanding. The personnel wanted to carry my coffee to my table. We were on a rock festival the night before and the recognized my bad conditions and asked, if I need a headache pill and I got a bottle of water at checkout. The rooms are super clean, I haven´t experienced somthing comparable ever, not even in Italy. The furniture were new, The rooms even smell new. It is not directly at the beach, so it is more or less quiet. Compared to the price, it was a 11/10.

Everything is very good. Nice refurbished room and excellent staff with high attention. The beach and the main street with lot of restaurants and bazaars are reached within few minutes. The breakfast is "magnifico". Very good value for money. If it would be possible I would give them 11 points. Highly recommend hotel!

The parking place is a little bit strait, but nothing serious. In spite of that everything is perfect.

Very kind people, great location, comfortable rooms, new bathrooms, the best breakfast menu i ever had in Italy. All the people at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. Our kids had so much fun. They really loved it. They even had a Pacman Game in the Lobby. And beautiful rainbow stairs. Table soccer. Charging Station for electric cars. Fantastic Place. Highy Recommended.

Nice accommodation in a quiet location. Clean room, kind and nice personnel. A big plus is sun roof terrace associated to the room. Good continental and Italian breakfast.

Deluxe double room is a lit bit overrated.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the surroundings. The hosts are extra friendly and very helpful with information. Everything is extremely clean, the breakfasts are excellent, the beds are comfortable and the hotel also offers a lot of entertainment for children (room with games, trampoline...).

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful, and helped us with the best places to visit, and directions/taxis to various attractions! The breakfast was very nice, and available anytime during a 4 hour window (7:45-12:00) The room was very nice, and had great Air Conditioning!

The Hotel is very friendly to the guest. Reception Marco is helping the guest. Nothing is too difficult thing are arranged correctie and Swift.

sometimes people who smoke on balcony. But it was not the fault of the hotel.

We were stunned by the quality and variety of the included breakfast. It was one of the BEST we have ever had at a hotel, and we have traveled a lot worldwide. Also the night life down by the beach was a surprise. Very diffferent...tons of people, and lots of activities.

We knew it wasn't beachfront...but what a value.!

Friendly professional staff (Marco special respect). High quality and fast room cleaning. Breakfast is something special in a traditional Italian style. Possibility of accommodation with dog. Parking with 3 options. Excellent value for money.
