We came to Boiardo hotel for a stay for the Harry Styles concert. The staff was very friendly even before we came to the property - we were in contact via e-mail. The friendliness continued throughout our stay. The hotel itself is very nice. Easilly accessible, with a big parking lot, comfortable, clean, with great beds, excellent breakfast and one of the best bathrooms we've had the chance to use in hotels. Green agenda is important for the hotel and you can see multiple measures that prove that. Would highly recommend it and we will be back in the future. And finally - if you are travelling for the purpose of visiting a certain concert in RCF Arena - use their organized transport if there is one. They certainly know how to avoid the chaos there.
Nothing specific comes to mind. OK, if I had to point out something it would be the buns (bread) at the breakfast. They deserve to be better because the breakfast as a whole is great.
