The room was spacious enough for me and my brother, we had a closet for some clothes and the main room had open space for our luggage. The refrigerator was a great size as well and they had a great shower with plentiful supplied towels. Noise level was never an issue in my stay, and the free parking helped so much as well. Just a lovely spot all around.

The only thing I would mention was that the main bedroom area had no working light on the ceiling; there was a window with great entry to sunlight during the day, just at night all you had was the bedside lamps for lighting or the light by the door for illumination so it's pretty low lit at night. But that's the only issue, everything else was so good it didn't even matter

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was the right temperature. I had a good night's rest.

There could have been more washcloths. Only 2 were provided and there were three of us. However, I had brought my own, so it worked out.

The cleanliness, the linen smelled so good!, the bed was comfy enough, the staff was extremely kind & helpful offered me suggestions, specially Ruby the housekeeper that cleaned my room, she was so sweet!, I was glad to have my room in care of someone so kind & helpful. Loved the restaurants right next to it and in front of it K bakery specially!. Never had food like that, so good. Had no issue using ride apps to travel around, it was close to The Brand Museum and download LA Historical Center, also close to a delicious Cuban Bakery called Gigi's.

It was quiet once in your room. The beds are very, very soft and comfortable to sleep in especially after driving long distance our first day. The night manager manager was very excellent. He saw that we had our luggage and he carried them up the stairs for us he insisted. We were very thankful for that, especially after the long drive and having coming off an injury and not having to walk up the stairs with luggage. It was a good hotel to stay in because it was close to what we had planned to do to see a Dodgers game, which was only a 10 minute Uber ride from the hotel and back

We are disappointed it didn’t have an elevator. It was all upstairs, but it was all on one level the rooms. We are disappointed that there wasn’t a restaurant around the area could really eat at sit down and eat. It was a bit expensive for two nights. we noticed that the freezer needed to be defrosted in our room, but overall the fridge did work.

Staff was very nice, the location felt safe and secure for being so close to downtown LA. Loved that it had its own private parking, with security code for if your out late.

The parking is great because it’s free and private but it is very limited unfortunately. We got lucky our last day (Saturday) when we arrived around 11pm from dinner and there was nomore parking but someone left as soon as we seen it was full, so we snagged it. Extremely tight fit but we came to our car not having any issues.

Very friendly staff, wide room and bathroom, clean and quiet. The free parking is a big plus. There is a very good bakery right across the street which is great for breakfast

Location is fairly central, although you can’t really go anywhere outside of the area without a car or taxi (eg if you want to go see Hollywood area / Santa Monica etc). Closest tram station is 24 min walk. It’s not a bad thing about the place, it’s more a lack of efficiency of LA public transport.

I have nothing but good words for this property. The rooms and common spaces are well-maintained and property is located at Downtown LA and it is accessible to public transpo/bus. But what I love about my stay is meeting George and the lovely staff of Knights Inn. I ran into quite a problem during our first 10 hours of arriving in LA but George and his staff there were so kind and extended assistance to me to get through this hassle. It was not their duty to do so but they went beyond and offered recommendations to kind of sort things out for me. Their assistance led me to have the best 3 days in LA and I would definitely book this hotel again when I come back. God bless, Knights Inn! May more successes come your way.

A great location

When booking, I saw breakfast was included, but when I arrived, I was told no breakfast!

Located in downtown LA, short drive (or walk) to Union Station/Olvera St./Chinatown and Dodger Stadium. Easy freeway (101) access. Good bakery/restaurant across the street and other food experiences nearby. Helpful and friendly staff. Small, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Locked on-site parking lot is a big plus.

Other side of motel adjoins highway and potentially noisy. Microwave in room would be good amenity (microwaves available in first floor cafeteria).

I enjoyed my stay due to the very personable and friendly staff. The location is unexpected so use your GPS and pay attention or you will drive past the property. The set-up of the property is a little odd but I did not feel unsafe. Parking is free which was very convenient in L.A. and the parking spaces were bigger than your normal narrow parking spaces. Plus the property closes their parking gate after hours and they provide you a code for the key pad (you will have to get out of your vehicle to punch in the code next to the gate opening). In the room you get a good sized mini fridge and mini coffee maker while the hot water and microwave is in the common area (I did not use these amenities so I have no comment). Also next door is a cute cocktail bar with some food options to wind down the day and you just walk over, no driving or searching for a parking spot.

The shower drain was clogging up several times throughout my stay.
