5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review on behalf of two friends visiting from Spain: Our friends recently stayed at Fallon’s B&B during their visit to Kinvara, and they had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment they arrived, they were made to feel so welcome and at home. The rooms were spotless, cosy, and very comfortable, with everything they needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the village, just a short stroll to the harbour, pubs, and shops. They especially loved the traditional Irish breakfast and the kindness of the hosts, who went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed. Even with a language difference, the warmth and hospitality at Fallon’s spoke volumes. A truly memorable stay in a beautiful part of Ireland. Muchísimas gracias!

From the moment we arrived we were so welcomed. We are a family of 6 with two babies and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They even brought a microwave to our room. The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on and our room has been cleaned every day. The breakfast is brilliant and nothing was too much trouble to cater for my children. We have absolutely loved staying here, it has felt like a home for us this week. Thank you so much for everything we really are so grateful to Mrs Fallon and her family. I am sure we will be back soon.

It was absolutely perfect.

We loved staying at Fallon's B&B. Maeve was always there to greet us at breakfast and was easy to talk to. There was such a variety of things to eat. My family ate the Irish breakfast whilst I preferred the fruit bowl with plain yoghurt. The rooms were immaculate and just outside our rooms there was coffee and tea making facilities. Although our room looked out on to the main road it didn't bother me as much as I first thought. We found parking just outside on the main road which was free. We are a family of four and we had two rooms next to each other. Kinvarra is a beautiful village with ample shops and various restaurants. Our favourites were O'Collonys and Tully's Bar

As we had two rooms booked next to each other and if we had had smaller children, an ajoining door would have been preferred.

Great location. The room was a good size and we could use the living room in the building too. Tea and coffee facilities were just outside the door to room, which was handy. The breakfast was good with lots of options and was served quickly even when there were over 12 people in the dining area. Our room faced the main street, but it was quiet. Friendly staff.we would stay here again .

Parking is on the street. The street got quite busy in the afternoon. We parked down the end of the block, which was no big deal, really. There are 3 or 4 parks at the entrance to the B and B, but you risk getting blocked in. Parking is free.

The place was cozy, clean, and had a lovely atmosphere. I really appreciated the little touches like tea and coffee available, and the bread was absolutely amazing—fresh and delicious! The owner was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home.

one thing that really affected our stay was the noise from the plumbing. Every time someone took a shower during the night, you could clearly hear the water running through the pipes—it was surprisingly loud.

We really loved our stay, the owners of the B&B were always friendly and helpful (beforehand in communication and during our stay). Kinvara itself is a beautiful little town and you don't even have to travel too far (in case you don't want to) to see a lot of things. A supermarket is right down the street and you have more than enough opportunities to go out and get something to eat. We had our breakfast included and there were (if I remember correctly) 5 options ... from a fruit bowl to a full Irish breakfast. For us more than enough and it was always delicious. Two things (I don't want to put it in the "didn't like" section, bc it's not really a dislike, but more of a "Would be nice to have it, but I don't mind not having it" kind of thing) ... a little more shelf space in the bathroom for putting things and maybe a sign for the door that states that you don't need your room to be cleaned today would have been nice. But anyway, overall we were very statisfied with everything.

The family that run the b&b were very friendly. I loved all the family photos everywhere, they made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was great both mornings. Americano coffee is so much better here than in the U.S. and we are from Pennsylvania! I thought being right in a town might be noisy but it was not. We slept very well in a very comfortable bed. 5 stars from us for Fallons!

The stairs were a bit much with our bags, we are 70+ but I know if we had asked we would have gotten help so our fault, not theirs.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable. There was a kettle and tea/coffee. Shower gel and soap and towels and linens provided. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Limited parking but shouldn't be a problem. Good for a short stay. Lovely pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket a minute walk away. Have stayed here before, 2 years ago and enjoyed it both times. If we're back in the area we will certainly stay again.

Small thing but would have been nice to have a biscuit provided in the room to have with the tea/coffee.

Friendly, welcoming family-run B&B. The hosts are lovely people who are happy to give you local tips and guidance. Breakfast was generous. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking nearby.

Fallon’s itself is great. Just be aware Kinvara is limited for evening dining options apart from the Pier Head restaurant. If you want something simple for dinner, there’s ‘Seven Plates’, about 10 mins drive away in Kilcolgan - looks a bit unglamorous as it’s next to the petrol station but it’s fine!
