Good location by the ocean, close to shops and restaurants. Well maintained grounds.

Our only concerns are when the hotel is busy, there isn’t a large enough Breakfast area. Only about 15 or so Beach lounges and the pool area doesn’t have many lounges for the size of the resort.

Beautiful resort perfectly located on the beach. Has every facility you would want. Staff were very accommodating and eager to make your stay great.

The king suite we had was huge and were able to fit 2 single beds for the kids, perfect for families The rooms and restaurants have been recently renovated and are very comfortable. Food and drinks were good and reasonable prices. We enjoyed a couples spa treatment whilst the lovely ladies in the spa took care of the kids There are 3 lovely pools to swim in and the pool attendants are very attentive.

The location is perfect. Very clean and nice staff. Breakfast was fantastic.

I had booked a room for three (2 adults and 1 child - 14 years old ) but they gave me for two and refused to provide sheets and pillow for the third person.

Our first point of contact was Yoga at check in who was very welcoming and very professionally courteous. He explained everything with a smile and evwn followed up to make sure our stay was going well. We also met Kariana on arrival and he was very helpful with the luggage. At Pier8 restaurant many thanks to Nana. tenta. Pasek, Celvin, Agus, Mahard and the rest of the team. The security guys were also veryhelpful taking us to the ATM. And thanks to Giri our driver to and from the airport

Very clean place but cleaning needs to be consistent because of the moisture from the rain. The only othertl thing was we would have appreciated a courtesy call to let us know that we has to book new years eve dining in advance as we have experienced in other hotels. Otherwise excellent

Staff are lovely, spacious room, the views, pool is nice, proximity to beach and promenade and breakfast was great. Staff honestly were so kind and welcoming.

We came to the property expecting a lot as the price point is much higher compared to other hotels in Bali. The property is quite old when you look closely. It’s a lovely big hotel with great gardens, but look a bit closer and there’s old building walls with paint coming off, cracks and things breaking a little. At this price you don’t expect this. However this was just a small thing as the hotel was still welcoming and lovely, just the price point is not right when you compare this hotel and the amenities to others in the same price bracket.

We had 2 junior king suites. The rooms are huge but not sound proof. Love the outdoor terrace in the rooms. The beds are Uber comfortable it’s like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was fantastic, but some of the service staff English wasn’t good at all so there’s a lot of misunderstanding on our orders. The location of this resort is fantastic and beach itself , well lots of boats so swimming wasn’t that easy for the kids Lots of restaurants facing the beach , great prices and some of them has live band, really nice ambiance.

The breakfast staffs made a lot of mistakes with our orders and some other guests . English is poor.

The property was very clean, beautiful gardens, breakfast had a good selection for breakfast, we got an upgrade to a 2 bed villa…😁
