Breakfast was outstanding and yummy. Staff would remember your name and always talk to you, resort is in the perfect quiet part of Kuta but also an easy walk to the action. The room was brand new/just renovated and very comfortable.

The house keeping needed to be better. Some days our rooms weren’t cleaned, items not restocked and we had a dirty bed cover.

The pool, staff and comfy room. Close to airport.

Even though there were signs that stated no reserve of sunbeds people still did this. Staff should have enforced this with a smile and reminder to those who blatantly ignored this rule.

We have stayed at Rama Beach on many occasions, so are very familiar with staff, location and facilities. This makes our stay so much easier. Staff remember you from previous visits and are always happy to see you and engage with you.

Some disruptive guests in the pool area playing their boom box extremely loud and smoking beside other guests lacking consideration of others nearby. The staff are in a difficult situation and are reluctant to "offend" guests and ask them to turn the music down/off. Some guests reserve pool sun lounges all day when not there.

The pool was very nice. Never too busy with kids. Seemed a good mix of ages. Nice little pool bar available of course hotel drinks are always a bit more expensive .lots shade if needed . The air con Was well controlled. Staff were always available as needed with anything at any time. Had housekeeping daily. Everyone was friendly all the time. The location was perfect for family as not too crazy.. The beach was 3min walk near by was more for locals so no one hassling you to sell stuff. 30min walk to kuta beach if wanted. Lovely omelettes made to order. Loved the fish ponds around also. The rooms were fairly easy to navigate but would be interested to see how they are with the renovations . The beds were very comfortable no complaints there. I would definitely be happy stay again if I got a good deal . Liked the little beds outside with mossie nets too.

The private garden view room Was ok but would possible pick a room with a more interesting view next time as we didn't use it much but we were.out a bit so wasn't massive issue . Hash browns every day would have been very welcome for kids. I think they came out once but definitely lots other food available for breakfast options so not massive complaint.

The hotel is good for family stay of a few days. Deep pool- 2.5m, nice restaurant and breakfast. Good rooms. The area of hotel is pleasant. The hotel is walking distance from beach, but it is public beach- not its own area. The water is not at best in that area (Kuta), as not very clean. Thus, if you stay in the hotel, you can enjoy walks along the beach, proximity to Aqua Park and many restaurants.

By mistake they charged my credit card second time on the day of departure, though it was immediately reimbursed. Though, we paid the room rate immediately on arrival......The explanation was that "we tried to call you, but you did not answer?"--- and it was 7am in the morning when all of it was happening. There was no phone call that morning and no one even tried to knock on our door. So, it was a bit strange situation. I hope it is only technical mistake and that was only negative experience in that hotel.

Amazing Suite with private pool, staff were great, very helpful. Breakfast ok lots of variety. Very clean, pool and bar were great. Transfers on time and efficient. Good location central and easy access to Kuta hub. Great value for money. Mary on the Tours desk is very professional and will assist with everything from advice, money change, and day trips.

Restaurant food for lunch and dinner needs total overhaul. Very disappointed compared to other restaurants in the local area. Very few customers for lunch and dinner. Not Rama's problem, but Bali traffic is completely broken and getting around is terrible at best. 30 min to travel 5 klms in taxi. Taxi's and drivers available right outside Hotel affordable rates.

Location - in a more quiet area but within walking distance of Kuta near, eateries, bars & chopping areas. The staff are absolutely wonderful, polite & helpful. The property is very clean (& undergoing renovations but you’d never know!) breakfast each morning is yummy fresh & the pool bar has their own bar menus throughout the day. They have daily activities to teach you about the culture and a fabulous spa on site. Suited for families, singles or couples. We opted for a private villa with our own pool. Competitive rates. We will be back.

Not sure what’s happening at night but the 2 dinners and the room service we had at night were terrible, dry, tasteless and overcooked, otherwise we would’ve scored a 10/10 score!

The food was fantastic, great resturant, drinks, brekky was fantastic, staff were great. Pool beautiful, spa great Loved the bed!!!! 4 poster , so big and comfortable, pillows were great too.

Went to have a shower a couple of times, no water, had to wait an hour for it. Laundry came back damp with not a very nice smell to it. It's a bit dated all-round in the Villa and pool area Our biggest gripe was we are a couple late 50s, got a family put either side of us and the yelling and screaming from not just the children in the pool but the parents as well, it was that loud we would have to leave our room. It went on and on. Recommend not putting young families next to quiet couples in villas. It was over the top!!! Bit of a hike to shops

Lovely room in the pool villa, very spacious & attractive and exceptionally clean. Loved the good quality linen & clean, white towels too. The private pool needed a bit of a clean & the trees in the courtyard needed a trim to allow in some sun. Loved the big main pool - it is so huge & deep! The grounds are well kept. The breakfast buffet was very good. We would stay again.

The loud live music in the restaurant was horrible - singing was not even in tune. We're on holiday & if we want loud music, we will go to a nightclub! The recorded traditional music playing monotonously throughout breakfast was also intrusive & annoying. The breakfast was very good, except for running out of various foods & needing to chase up staff for plates & cups, but the other meals were only barely average. There were nowhere near enough sun loungers around the pool - like 20 or 30 loungers for possibly 300 or more people staying!

we have stayed at the rama a few times now, there is nothing to dislike about this hotel, from your arrival the stay is both comfortable and relaxing. the pool area is inviting and well maintained. the rooms , we stayed in a premier cottage, are both spacious and well equipped with a fridge. the open air shower is over sized and has great heat control. the buffet breakfast has many eastern and western options, the breakfast staff are pleasant and are esy to find and helpful. any issues that may come up, which were minor in nature are dealt with quickly. wifi is excellent. the location is a quieter area in kuta close to beach and local rstaurants, the hotel itself is set back from the main road and for the most part depending on your local neighbours is quiet. grounds and gardens area are well looked after and provide a private setting

the hotel is becoming more family oriented. the breakfast buffet does not provide the same level of food choices or quality as it did even last year. pool chairs are reserved with no one using, even with notices placed on pool tables that the reserved towels will be removed after 45 minutes, it does not happen.
