The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got some complimentary fruit for being there for a few nights. The room was made up every day. The pool was a good size and depth for swimming. The location was near some good eating places. We had a moped to get into town, the Alun Alun in Batu was lively in the evening, with a street food market. There were some good waterfalls and the Museum in Batu was interesting and slightly odd! The buffet and A La Carte breakfasts were good. The buffet isn't on if there's too few guests.

Nothing about the hotel. We were hoping there would be more trails in the forest for walking, but we didn't find any.

The 3 bedroom Catelya cottage was just nice for our family of 7. Very spacious, clean, and reasonably well furnished for a short stay. The hotel itself has a good swimming pool, tennis courts, and spacious open space that gives a really fresh air feeling. Breakfast was adequate. When the F&B manager knew that one of our family members had her birthday, they gave surprises by singing and providing free birthday cake. Nice touch indeed.

The 3 bedroom catelya cottage is on the second floor. For people with mobility problem, they need to take this into account. Everything was great and no complaint.

- The group activities in the early morning (Using megaphone and loudspeaker) at 6 AM were too noisy. - One of the two chairs on the room balcony was not in good shape. - It will be nice if there is a hand held shower

we had a very pleasant stay there. Excellent breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean swimming pool, clean and good maintained room.

the smoke from the garbage burning was very annoying but I know that was beyond the hotel control.

The deluxe condo with three bedrooms was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was housekeeping every day, towels changed, bathroom cleaned, bed made, supplies refilled. Beautiful garden and pool. Altogether very relaxing.

Breakfast was very crowded, but understandable due to the peak holiday season.

Very very nice cooperative and friendly staff ,staff treat guest like family member,front desk manager Mr Bryan is so polite and helpful person ,only problem about WiFi signal in room but hopefully they will solve this problem soon ,

The overall staff except that problem mentioned above, were very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

It was mentioned in their website that the check in at 14.00. So when I asked to have earlier check in and they refused , I can understand it. But as my niece's arrived earlier around 1 , and the just want to start the process of check in, they said my niece's had to wait at 14.00pm to register which is in my opinion a little bit too much. I used to check in earlier even though I have to wait for the room to be clean in the lobby but at least they , we have been checked in. And we booked apartment 2 floors . The ground floor , the floor was not so clean.
