Beautiful villas which look just like the photos. Great air conditioning in the bedrooms. Purified water dispenser, big fans in the entertaining space, nice hot water in the showers, pretty lighting. What really made the stay great though was the amazingly friendly and attentive staff who organised transport, laundry, birthday decorations, and cooked us breakfast.

Staff were waiting for us,and we had small issue,the Villa that we saw on the pictures wasn't one the one offered to us,we booked 3 bedrooms with 3 big beds in each,but we first got 3 rooms which in one of them was 2 single beds,but staff working there had fixed that in few minutes,so it was perfect. Ria(the butler )and her team made our stay there just so perfect. I cant say enough for this amazing girl and her team,its just 5 stars service.Everyday awesome breakfast with fresh juices,fresh fruits,served and prepared for you,and they will come to clean everything everyday and bring whatever you need.One of the guy working there even found something my friend couldn't find in a nearby shops and offered to go and get it for him. What a service!!! Thank you staff. We will definitely come back there. 💗

Everything was so nice,but the treatment we got from Ria and her team was just perfect, made us feel like we never want to leave. On the side note- all 3 of us are World travelers ,we have been everywhere and stayed in 5 stars places but hospitality of Ria and her team was just First class service. They even came to say Goodbye.

The property was clean and tidy, the pool was amazing and the food was great. The location was great as it wasn’t in a busy street but still close to everything we needed. The staff were some of the friendliest people I have met, going above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. They even went out of their way to source a birthday cake once they found out about one of our birthdays.

Complimentary breakfast was superb with a variety of options. 24 hours front desk that is able to accommodate to our needs. Private pool was perfect for a nice dip at night. An awesome and comfortable stay for my friends and I. Will definitely stay again.

My kids love this villa! We enjoyed the pool so much. The villa is clean and comfy with spacious bedrooms. our butler is helpful and friendly. The villa is surrounded by beautiful garden. The location is near the center of Canggu, making it easy to find cafes/restaurants. We will definitely come back!

We were greeted by the staff (Hendra) even though we arrived later due to traffic and delayed flight. He was very professional, accommodating and friendly, and provided us with all the information we needed and advised where to eat in the area. The place also provides in house spa and massage service for an additional fee. The massage was great and price was very competitive. The breakfast provided was fresh and prepared in the villa by the staff. We were staying at villa Alamanda, but the place consists of around 10 villas, which even in close proximity give a lot of privacy and have their own pool and dining area.

Breakfasts could offer wider selection and variability, as with longer stays it can get boring. Can't find any other faults ;)

Villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Pre-ordered breakfast the day before and the staff arrived to cook it at our Villa the next day at our chosen time. It was delicious! The staff (especially Ria) were super kind and helpful !! Location isn't too far off from the main shop streets so it's easy to get to, especially on a scooter! Villa had everything we needed and a water dispenser which really helped. Will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Bali!

The pillows were a bit too high/big for my neck so it was comfier to sleep off the pillow, but the bed was super comfy which was great!

We booked villa Jasmine and were stunned by how stunning the villa was, even better in person! The staff were so helpful and friendly, reply super quick and even cooked breakfast right at our villa in the morning. Subtle details like how the bedroom air conditioning was already on for us when we reached on a sweltering hot day, fresh water ready in each room, fresh fruits arranged nicely on the table, is a testament to the care that bumbak park and its staff takes to ensure that guests have the best stay possible. 0 complaints and we’re definitely coming back!
