The walk down from the main road to the resort is indeed challenging because of the uneven terrains. The staff is very helpful,polite and efficient. The resort is very peaceful and clean. However, because the flooring in the rooms are cement,it can get very cold at night. Daily mopping is needed. I loved my stay here with my friends and family as the staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. This is the second time I chose to stay here. I would return for the serenity and delicious food they serve.

If the rooms can be mopped daily that would be good because the sand tends to get in.

I never write reviews for the properties I stay at!! But, this property makes a special and super exceptional choice to make me spend time to share my thoughts and experience!! If anyone wishes to visit this property, please do latest by 4pm so that you can spend sometime enjoying serenity of the property... the gem or the cherry on the cake is 10m walk to your personal/private river-bank! I hardly saw anyone near the river even when there are 2 more properties adjacent to it. Adding on, the peacock's beautiful voice!! Coming to the room, a very elegantly done room. right things at the right place, including the charging points (which we are currently dependent on)!! I was honoured to get the best room with the perfect view to wake up in the morning. The sound of the flowing river which is kinda lullaby if you sleep post 12am (as all the party people are high and drunk by then). Food wise, loved it. The team did take good care for the choice of food... the juiciness, the. flavour is worth appreciating... One of the best stays I have had after a long time.... All I can say, the team of Nishantam did hear and do the needful corrections as per the need of the clients.... Great Job!! Staff - very friendly. Supportive and more importantly humane and very professional. One final thing... keeping this for the last.... PET FRIENDLY... the team themselves have 2 loving dogs :) My 3 labradors are visiting this property very soon!!! They have found their playground and their "zen". NEXT WEEK I WOULD BE HAVING MY KIDS THERE... WANT TO SEE MY KIDS SWIMMING IN THE RIVER! Do not hesitate, do go for it. Moments are worth treasuring :)

One thing, wish they could have a parking lot.... thought it is completely understandable at on the hillside... this could be one shrug off! PS: There is a paid parking lot around 500m away and the team would help with the luggage. so relax, do take it!! Do not make this as a negative point.. you will miss the gem!

I loved the spot and how it’s little off road yet easily accessible through a path.

It could have been more neat. sometimes bathrooms would smell, there was a stench near lawns (May be because of garbage collection). the only issue. and my room didn’t have exhaust fan which is a must.

Hospitality at its peak. Loved every minute of staying at this place, all the staff members are commendable, from the manager to the housekeeping to the bag boy to the kitchen staff, everyone does an amazing job at this place. Felt like I was at another home here.

it has a beautiful riverside view, the staff is very courteous and it’s also pet friendly. So had a great time with my family and pet dog there.
