Location in centre of town was good for us. Able to walk to and from the main sights and interesting areas. The pool was a good size and maintained well all through the day by a dedicated pool attendant. The pool side bar was a welcome outdoor space to enjoy a few evening drinks and was tended by very friendly bar staff.

The room was advertised as having a balcony ...... don't be fooled! ..... it is not a private balcony but a corridor spanning across all the rooms on the floor with no where to sit out and no balcony furniture 😕 The only window in the room looked out onto the corridor, hence we could not open the curtains for natural light without being on full view to all passers by! The breakfast was adequate but the dining room and tables were not very clean.

The front desk of the hotel-- Mr. Aman, Ms. Eba, and Mr. Vikram Rai are very cooperative and they will guide you to good places in Andaman and they made a very quick booking in Havelock island and comfort you with hotel ambiance,

The WIFI of the floor and its room needs to be improved.

The breakfast though not a very big spread, the quality of the breakfast is very good. Location was really good. Just 3 mins to the airport. It was important for us as we stayed in this hotel while we were coming back. Room size was good. Hotel staff were considerate and responded to our requests in mins. Excellent service by them.

Room was not very clean. The smell inside room also was not very good. Saw a dead cockroach in the room. May be they are using some spray to kill the bugs. Lot of mosquitoes inside the rooms. No fan only AC so had to adjust AC couple of time in the night. No remote for AC, so I had to get out of bed and go to the AC adjustment point and adjust the temperature as it became too cold and later too hot. I guess these are the points of improvement and if they can fix these points, this hotel CAN become a very good hotel.

Excellent stay, walk to garden. Food options are very good. Complimentary breakfast was very tasty and many options, The hotel is neat and clean with many rooms. Staffs are polite and helpful. Definitely recommendable to everyone

Great rooms, and lovely pool

Food was very slow to come out and we weren’t informed that some items were not available until after we had ordered and waited an hour and followed up on them.

Enjoyed stay, staff members are very polite, food is very delicious, swimming pool is nice Big 😍. , highly recommended hotel, nice ambience, provide good service.

Located close to all major city attractions. Good place for transit stay to Havelock or Neil. Rooms were very good with modern interior. There is pool as well in the property . Loved our stay here
