- Location - service - cleanliness - staff - overall service - never ever hesitate to honour smallest request for our child - near to centre area and can get things easily like grocery, taxi etc. - bathroom facilities with hot waters

- breakfast needs to have more options, everyday we got 90% same menu only one item at max different from other day. Breakfast timing should be increased by an hour or so. - need to give some basic facilities like mineral water bottles on daily basis, we need to even request for extra brush and toothpaste which must not happened in 3 star property. - found it little bit over priced, not sure may be due to festival season.

Very quiet and leafy location, overlooks a small forested area but not more than 1.5 km from the centre of town. Classy and spacious interiors, very clean and well-maintained. Beautiful garden, swing area, hammocks, swimming pool. Daily newspapers were freely available. Adequate parking. Polite and helpful staff and reception. Brilliant hotel restaurant where we had a delicious dinner on the last evening of our trip. An excellent choice for a short trip to Mahabaleshwar as the word tranquil is most appropriate.

Breakfast was slightly basic and the same everyday (but tasty and adequate), more variety would be appreciated. Very soft and spongy bed which affected my sleep quality adversely. Well-done bathrooms but more thought could have been given for providing hooks, towel rods etc.

I loved the hospitality provided by the staff. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The rooms were fantastic, the place was amicable and cosy. There was barely any issue with the place and it exceeded our expectations in many ways.

The only sort of was the pool which didn't look very clean. From the looks of it we didn't see anyone going in for a dip but I feel it should have been maintained better.

the property is very good and very Fantastic People and very Friendly and welcoming...they always great you with smile on their face ...specially appreciate the Kitchen team..!!!

3 things i want to Highlight for Hotel management that they should remove the complementary white slippers on immediate basis...as they are of very cheap quality and you can slip very easily..i fell down on my last day and could have spoiled my vacations...since weather is wet so i recommend they should give good quality or remove. 2nd thing that small table in front of bed have very sharp edges and can heart you while roaming inside room. 3rd they should clear to all guest from the beginning that when they book through 3rd party like Booking.com or Agoda that Childs need extra cost as this is not clear in third party booking. i end up paying extra cost for my kids which was not mentioned in my booking confirmations...this cost me my some time and wasted the initial excitement of my tour

Excellent property with well planned scenic outdoors, beautiful lawns, swimming and really spacious & aesthetically designed rooms with balcony. all facilities in the room and outside very modern. Excellent Dining facilities, very good food menu and polite staff behaviour made the stay memorable. Even the guard responsible for security and car parking was polite and efficient. Praveen Gaikwad, Vaishnavi and Nilesh at the reception were very nice and helpful throughout. Santosh, the Dining room head and rest of the kitchen staff were very courteous & responsive. All in all, it was a wonderful stay for us. we’ll visit again.

Maybe a bar facility at the resort premises would make the resort complete in all respects. But it’s best for the resort Management to evaluate the pros & cons for such a facility .

The resort is located very close to the city center but still away from the noise. We loved the open garden and gazebos. Our cottages were right in front of the garden area and that was great because kids could easily play outside while we can see them. The hotel provided badminton rackets, cricket bat etc which was added bonus. My boys loved the swimming pool which was well maintained and also the hammocks. Cottages are decent size and well maintained. The hot breakfast spread was decent including Aloo Paratha, Upma, Mini Utthapam, Idli Sambhar, Live Dosa counter. But the best part was the staff which was super friendly and at service with a smiling face. Overall a great place to stay.

The bathrooms could have been better cleaned and maintained. Also the soap, shampoos etc that was provided do not work with the water and hence it is recommended to carry your own,

Tranquil Resort n Spa was the BEST choice i made to spend our holiday. As the name denotes... This is a beautiful resort with absolutely clean rooms and washroom... we loved the Garden facing suite... the huge window overlooking the garden was bliss!!!! The sofa cum bed in the suite is great as this suite can accomodate 3-4 ppl without over crowding. The food is fantastic... Veg and non veg both. Loved the curries and of course awesome strawberry juice was refreshing!!! There is pool and a beautiful garden, badminton and carrom...The staff is polite and very courteous ready to help. We loved our stay in this Paradise and i highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a classy and beautiful resort that calms your mind. I will definitely stay at this resort if I plan a trip to Mahabaleshwar again.

The outdoor dining area just outside the dining room should be cleaned more frequently. Due to non-cleaning, there were more flies roaming around. Even though the staff was roaming around without work, but they were not cleaning the outdoor dining tables and chairs and floors where lot of food particles were strewn across. Only after specifically telling them, they did it.

Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Breakfast menu was wide spread and was very tasty. The property is well maintained and accessible. I reached the property much before the check in time and was still provided a room without any additional charge.

I had booked a garden facing room but was not provided with one. I was on my honeymoon trip there and mentioned this to the hotel but they did not provide any complementary services or upgrades.

The Location of the hotel was good.. Just on the oukskirts yet just 5 mins to the main market. The room very large and spacious. The staff was extremely courteous and tried to fulfil our every demands to the best of their abilities. We had our dinner in the hotel everyday and the food exceeded our expectations. the onion bhajiyas were juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The Malvani chicken was delicious. Special mention for Mr Kotwal, who is in charge on the restaurant.. The restaurant staff Sunil, Santosh and Datta who served us during our three day stay. We were most happy with the service that the hotel provided us.
