I stayed over there in a maple room for 4 nights .The ambience of the hotel was found to be very good. The managing staff as well as the other staff members are very polite and cordial.The food is good.As far as the location is concerned, it's just at the Gariahat Crossing, which is a very famous area in greater Kolkata. As far as cleanliness is concerned, it's properly taken care of every now and then what I found and the rooms have a very specious and hygienic atmosphere. I would love to be there whenever I go to Kolkata and highly recommended.

The hotel has quite a good ambience and the staffs were also very good at their service, as well as kind and helpful too. Manager Sanjoy kundu just amazing guy , he always help her , Check in was hassle free. No problems as such during the stay. The food was also good, but I personally liked the veg dishes more. The hotel is super clean and nice. It makes you feel comfortable straight after entering the main door. Hotel is equipped with almost everything you might need. Overall it was a good experience for the price I paid. I highly recommend this Hotel for your stay.

The hotel is well designed, well constructed, well maintained and well kept clean. The staff is very professional, very friendly and very polite. Breakfast is delicious, big variety. We had to leave to airport early. They even opened dining room earlier for us. Definitely it worth to come here. The price is very competitive.

One of the greatest hotels I found in Kolkata that matches your budget while also providing excellent service. Mr Sanjoy and his colleagues have a wealth of knowledge in providing you with the greatest experience and guidance. I would strongly advise everyone to visit at least once.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially Manager Mr. Kundu very Helpful , when you are firstcomer and later also. I don't feel I am away from home when I am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room I ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side

The rooms were impeccable and amazingly nice, neat, and clean. Housekeeping was attentive and superb, did a fabulous job. I loved their attention to detail and it was a great experience. Excellent service and attitude towards my family and friends. Very well-spoken, humble, helpful, and I loved happy while helping us. this place! In conclusion: OUTSTANDING!
