Both my wife and myself were on a short vacation. We were welcomed by Ms.Urmila at reception desk. Despite a holiday rush she personally showed us the room and explained the features of the property. Since we were on navratri fast. Chef Girish (Dinner time) and Chef Vishal (breakfast time) personally came to our table to understand and served us with Navratri food as per our requirement.

The entry of room was not good. The moment you open the main door, person sleeping on bed was visible. I think you should have some partition to avoid person standing outside see the guest laying on the bed. This is a very important point for me.

The location and the infrastructure and facilities were top notch. Very courteous staff and hospitality.

Balcony was not clean. Swimming Pool not working but still full money charged. Food taste can be improved to match the Taj brand. I have stayed at other Taj hotels and the food quality is much better at the other Taj properties. Bathroom showers can be improved. There was too much pressure.

You need to work on the other meals apart from breakfast Breakfast Was the only meal we enjoyed Meals we have ordered for lunch & dinner was way too expensive & was not at all pleasing. It jst filled our stomach & did not fulfill our taste at all. None of them Given the price range of the meals you really need to upgrade your food quality.

Well spread and planned , well maintained and clean , nice rooms and food . The staff at reception , breakfast ( Kishan was great host ) were good and room service was fast

There should be few Taj indicative arrows from the highway . Else it is a bit confusing . Parking should be more organised

the staff and overall room. Travelling with Pet. services were good. ambience and rooms were good. my wife loved the spa treatement

the choices of drinks. as its pet friendly hotel they can arrange for dining area where pets can be with us. we had to leave him in room and sometimes we had to dine alone as the young pup couldn't be left alone in the room. Room service was slow.

Beautiful & Elegant property . The Spa however was too good .. Nidhi from the massage was very nice . Staff - Sadaf, Himanshu, Sylvester, Karan, Harsh were exceptionally nice and helpful . They made my birthday special .

Needs improvement on the room services & improvements in making beds , rooms more comfortable ..it was slightly extra cold & heating wasn’t there …

WE WERE CORDIALLY WELCOMED BY STAFF AT THE HOTEL AND THE HOSPITALITY AND OTHER OFFERINGS DURING THE STAY IN THE PROPERTY WERE EXCEPTIONALLY WELL . THE STAY AT PROPERTY WERE TAKEN CARE BY SEVERAL STAFF MEMBERS LIKE Sh. PARVEEN JI (HEAD CHEF) Sh. AMRENDER JI ,Sh. Sunny JI, SH. JATIN JI , SH. PARNAMI JI, SH. HIMANSHU JI, MS. NEHA JI, SH. SHYAM JI AND ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS WHO HELPED AND TAKEN GOOD CARE DURING MY STAY IN HOTEL

The rooms were pretty big. We, a Goup of 11, could stand in the dressing area in front of the mirror, and click a Group photograph. We partied together in one of the rooms and it was pretty comfortable.

The service to the room was very very slow. We requested for 5 wine glasses and 5 whisky glasses, we got them delivered to our room in about 45 minutes. All the activities were chargeable, you do give something to the guests complimentary, besides the stay in the room.

the ambience was outstanding. staff is extremely courteous. food was 10/10 A special thanks to Nikhil. Ganesh. Neha (F&B team) for taking care of us and pampering us to the outmost level. with folded hands thanking Mr. Surendra and Nilesh (security). I lost my very expensive sunglasses. and they were so quick enough to find my glasses. extremely supportive.

service was little slow.

It was a beautiful construction with excellent and courteous staff. You will looked after and will have no complaints about the staff. Shout out to the Mr Kishan in the restaurant, I mean he was excellent and took good care of us throughout our stay.

there is not much to say ! I would say after the construction is completed, it will further add to the property in terms of facilities and utilities
