The location was perfect for us, right on the main road towards Mysore. Also this hotel is just few meters away from main bus stand where travellers can get long distance buses. This hotel was about 30 KMS away from Adi Yogi statue. Since we had our own car, never faced any issue. They had good restaurant and breakfast included. Food were tasty. They have their own parking also. Hotel staff were responsive and helpful.

This is not a complain but sharing for information. Their restaurant closes by 9:45 PM, so we were lucky to place our dinner order but then we needed to add few more items looking into the quantity, but restaurant got closed by then, we survived on our stock somehow. We feel for in-house restaurant the closing time is very early, it should be around 10:30-11 PM at least.

- Noise from other guests, especially at night, could be better managed (staff could inform guests in advance) - Repeated noises from staff closing room doors, particularly this morning, could be minimized - Outside parking results in dust accumulation on vehicles - Room size could be more spacious, as it felt a bit cramped for a family of four (2 kids)"

having stayed in numerous hotels across Coimbatore , I can confidently say Hotel Sam Residency is a class apart. The service was impeccable ,the staff were attentive and taken care very well , over all guality of the hotel from the ambiance to the amenities was good, just go for it. you will satisfied

The room is in good shape. AC and wifi working good. Was good to relax after long day in active Coimbatore... Location is central in Coimbatore, on the big axis and not far from the airport. The staff helped to organize a taxi for the airport on next morning.

Small room is good/ideal for one night, probably not more

Clean and comfortable room. Expected a bit bigger, but still quite good for 2 people. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.. Location of hotel is very convenient. 1 minute to Omni bus stand.800 metres to Gandhipuram Central bus stand

Wifi was very poor. Couldn't use at all. Also didn't know whether heater was working, coz even after 2+ buckets of tap opened, hot water didn't come.

Like how they welcomed and got the room as per our request. Breakfast choice is good even though limited.

We was surprised to see Local police to ring our room asking where we are from and are there any gents with us. I take it personally since the front desk/reception took all our ID and knew that our group is only women who are most 50 years and above. I checked out the very next day.

The location is good, right in the prime area just beside the property we have many travels and bus pick up point, within the city and just within 2s from railway station, breakfast was also served well in hot condition and proper hygiene was maintained.

The room size was bit small, the lighting in the room was mild, with more light options it would be perfect and the hot water didn’t get it on time.

Good rooms, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Shame my stay was so brief.

There was only one person with psssable english, however hand gestures combined with a few choice words went a long way. Their hospitality outweighed what they lacked in language skills.
