Comp breakfast had a good spread and flavourful. Staff were on point with service and refreshing beverages and clearing plates..bravo! Front desk and bell staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff at the Japanese restaurant were not truly helpful. After a weary day I ordered some take out with them and requested just one silver fork to eat my food. They blatantly refused to give it to me though I told them I will leave it in the room. They wanted me to call roomservice to deliver one fork....and the landline was not working in room 205. They surely can be more guest friendly. I was a hotel/ restaurant manager myself with Hilton and that truly needs a step up.

Visited this property as part of a business trip-i was down with some health issues in room and cancelled my meeting.There comes our hero of the day- Tarapad who has been delivering food to me and asked my health condition.He have done all things for me to feel better-surprisingly it was my birthday and i was feeling kind of homesick. There comes Tarapad again with a suprise when i got a call from restaurant informing me there is a small celebration-to my suprise the entire team was there cheering me and helping me celebrate my birthday away from my home. Better telephone and better switches in room

Breakfast menu was good. South Indian menu was excellent, coffee and tea exceptionally good. Restaurant staff was very good, hard working and quick in responding. Serving all the guest with smile.

There was continuous noise of dragging furniture till night 2am. No idea what work was going on. it was too annoying. also adjacent room guest were very noisy. entire conversation can be heard in the room

Breakfast spread was good throughout. Has lunch once and food n service was good. Hotel driver Samsudin was very friendly and helpful. Please thank him for his excellent service. Hotel environment was very cosy and comfortable.

No handheld shower. Could have been better, if provided. Room was overlooking a yard filled with rubbish. This was quite unsightly from the room.

The stay was very comfortable..two things were missing when I entered the room..room slippers and a face towel..the floor was marble and hence quiet cold with the Ac on and I asked for the room slippers which was provided..didn't ask for the face towel as I did it with bath towel. The food was just awesome..and that's why I keep on coming to Radha Regent. Overall a very good stay.

Nothing much to point out..except some minor glitches as pointed out earlier.

Complimentary breakfast all days was awesome and service was excellent.

a) Bathroom- should provide a hand shower, shower area rather than a bathtub. b) WiFi-should auto connect when guest enters hotel and not prompt to login again & again. c) Room main card-had a hard time going to the reception to recharge every moment we leave hotel & return back. It is very troublesome and time consuming especially when we return back to rest. d) Hotel should supply free bottles of mineral water rather than RO water for all rooms. e) Was offered a twin-bed room for 3 pax and charged for extra bed which is not justifyable since my online booking was for 3 pax with a King size bed in the first place.

The environment of the hotel is quiet nice.............Room I stayed was very cozy............Staffs are very well-mannered

The hotel located as busy commercial area and beside highway..............It was a bit difficult to roam around nearby shops for snacks & others

The staff were very accommodating. We are international travelers and they really ensured that they could help us with any concern we had. They allow early checkin as we came around 11am. The breakfast was good and introduced us to a lot of food! We also tried the lunch buffet and it was even better. The bed is very soft and the room was spacious. Internet allows for 4 devices. Overall a pleasant stay.

Breakfast spread and quality was exceptionally good. The room was clean and provided with all prerequisites. The staff and management were very hospitable and efficient. The choice of restaurants & cuisine was also great.
