During a layover I needed a stay for a night. Location is great, a few minutes walking from the airport. The entrance itself was a bit tricky to find, because it's a bit hidden, but it seems to be a well known place. The first person I asked directions pointed me to it right away. Rooms are small, but perfect for just 1 night. It's surrounded by shops and restaurants.

I had to leave quite a few details in their guest book. Not sure why that was necessary. Age, gender, previous location, next location, that kind of stuff. Not strange to share this, but now it's in their book, visible for all next visitors.

the location is unbeatable, you can walk to T2 in about five minutes. wifi worked well. was quieter than i had expected. front desk manager was helpful. would stay here again.

towels smelled pretty bad. the guy who walked me to my room (i carried my own bags) stood in the doorway demanding a tip after we walked all of five seconds down the hall from the front desk. i said i would leave a tip in the room when i left and he said "no" and demanded a tip again. he argued with me for another 30 seconds continually demanding a tip while preventing me from closing the door to the room. eventually he gave up, and walked away but it was pretty ridiculous. hopefully hotel management addresses this for future guests.

Best customer service was given to me and my mom. I traveled with my mom who is battling from Cancer. The front desk manager was very polite and helped my clear all my queries. As soon as I entered the room I felt so contented because the room was very clean and well organised. Toilet was very clean and spacious as well. The room service boy was very kind enough to us and helped us till the airport enterance. I am grateful to grace residency. Thank you

Getting into departure terminal was very easy; so many hotels next to the residence - that’s really nice; the resident staff are polite and gentle; the whole area looked very tidy. The best thing is no one expected or asked for tips or bribe which usually we don’t see in India.

There was no sign boards directing the residence. People who were in the opposite to my room were very noisy and horrible that they kept the doors opened and made lot of noises even at night.

Location was good, walking distance from the airport. Staff where nice. Room was good.

Difficult to find as I had arrived around one in the morning and the shopping mall was closed up. Metro station was closed and had to leap over the barrier of the closed Metro station to get into the mall. Luckily for me a taxi driver showed me where the hotel was tucked away behind the stairs.

Everything was excellent for the price. But what impressed me more was that I never expected a hotel to provide new unused toothbrush and new unused toothpaste. I to be honest forgot my toiletries but was shocked to see that the hotel had already provided this in the bathroom. Fab!

The gates to the metro close late in the evening. We arrived at midnight and the gates were closed. A very friendly local person showed us how to get in. We would never have figured this out by ourselves.

The hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is friendly and the room is very correct.

The hotel is a bit complicated to find. The main door close at midnight (like most hotels in Tamil Nadu). The bathroom was very warm compared to the room that had AC.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. They helped me organise my further travel to Pondicherry. Clean and very close to the airport (located within the blue metro building). Perfect stay if you are arriving late at night/earlier morning.

The Hotel is very close to the airport, my flight arrived in chennai at midnight and I had to catch a train next day morning. So, I stayed overnight in this hotel and it was very comfortable. Instead of looking for Hotels at mid night, I could just walk directly to the Hotel from airport as I was already tired after a long journey.
