We have stay at Villa Oliver 3 two times this year. The place is in great location, Balaton and free beach is just behind the corner. There is big garden around the house, with places to sit in the shadow under the trees. Villa Oliver is located quite some distance from the city center, quite a long walk to get there, but I see this as an advantage because it is quite far away for the party boys and girls to book a stay here, so you dont listen loud music days and nights.

It would be nice to have a sun umbrella on the last floor as the sun shines on the terrace almost the whole day.

It is very close to Balaton Lake, in a courtyard with trees and car parking. The apartment is nice structured, we had the bedroom upstairs the living and kitchen and also the bathroom downstairs. We have found the breakfast for the next morning on the kitchen table,

The reception where we had to collect the room key was somewhere else, at a distance of 800 metres and we didn't know about that. This was not a problem, but it would have been better if we knew that before the arrival. It was interesting to have the bedroom upstairs but the stairs were very sharp not suitable for old people or kids.

The property was a beautiful building located in a stunning neighbourhood. The room itself was clean and cozy. The lake was a very quick 3 minute walk. The property offered free parking (limited spaces compared to units), and a simple breakfast hung by the door every morning.

There is water damage in the bathroom. Had to stop at a different location for key pickup. While the location is beautiful and very convenient to the water, it is a bit far from the center of Siofok. It is about a 30 min walk, we had good weather, but in the heat of the summer it might be excruciating.

The location is perfect. Super close to the beach with some nice trees for shade. The room was comfortable with little kitchen area, you can prepare simple meals there and eat them on the tarras (if your room has one). I think it is a gem in Siofok, away from party crowds and the main centre. Small shop is few meters away, some nice restaurants close to the beach.

The shower should be checked , water stayed in a basin for long, also kettle was malfunctioning. Other than that it was one of the best places in Siofok I have been too.

Location, privat parking, price!

Location close to the beach, but 3 km from center (nice walk every evening 😀), clean room, good working AC, existing fridge/coffee-maker, comun balcony with table&chairs, free parking places, good staff

Reception is 800 m away (at Oliver1), very small toiletts, small room, could be a noisy place due to other tourists (no reception to help mentaining silence), few parking places, no stores&restaurants nearby

There is no ordinary heating in the house, but the owners were so nice to turned on electric heaters for us in advance and warmed all the rooms. Clean, there is a kettle, microwave and cutlery. Nice garden around the villa and possibility to park car inside. Very quiet place in winter.

The third bed is too small for adult. We were with two chidren, 9th aged was ok, but for bigger person not possible to sleep in.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, furniture and everything else seemed new, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The building has one large terrace that is split into smaller units, so every apartment has its own section. The location is also very good, literally five minute walk to the lake. The staff is very polite - we were running late and they offered to wait for us - and they speak good English. This is a good option on Balaton, and for the price we paid, it's excellent value for money.

Wifi can be better. It does work, but the signal is weak and the connection is slow. FYI: The reception is located in one of their other locations, about 800 meters from this one (in the same street). Not an issue, but they forgot to share that information with us in advance.

Not far from the lake. Small apartment for 2 persons - well. We were 4 people only for one night, and this ok. But not for a long time. Free parking. Near placed the small store, is a beautiful place around

The hood in the toilet does not work. Bad Wi-Fi

There was almost everything i needed for a good stay: comfortable bed, kitchenette with a fridge, coffee machine, electric stove, even a toaster. Everything was very clean and looked new. The AC worked well which was very important as it was +37 outside. The room was comfortable, and i could drink coffee on the terrace.

Wi-Fi was not working at all. I was lucky to have internet in roaming for free, otherwise it would be very bad. There was also only one big towel per person and a very small one for the hands. Would be good to have a couple of smaller ones too. It would be also good to have a few hooks or holders for the towel in the bath room and near the sink. Also the frying pan was scratched because there was no wooden or plastic paddle. These are just minor things that cost almost nothing but make the place more comfortable.
