For what we paid, we‘re definitely satisfied with our stay. Every member of the staff that we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. The pools and surrounding sunbeds were clean and tidy and great for relaxing. The location is perfect, only a few steps away from the beach. Even though this is not advertised as a family hotel, everyone was so baby friendly and we felt very welcome as a young family.

As muslims, it was a bit hard to navigate the buffet. There was a lot of ham involved in the different dishes and the labels were not very helpful.

The GARDELLI Resort in Zakynthos may have some shortcomings that aren’t mentioned on booking sites, but these are rendered almost insignificant by the extraordinary dedication of the staff. Three individuals, in particular, made my stay an unforgettable experience: Ms. Zanet, Mr. Stelios, and Mr. Konstantinos. Ms. Zanet is the heart of the resort. With her professionalism and warm demeanor, she ensures that you feel comfortable and respected from the moment you arrive. She cares for guests with the attentiveness of a loving mother and goes above and beyond to provide the best possible stay. Mr. Stelios is a master at making the impossible possible. Whether it’s a restaurant reservation or organizing a trip, Stelios always finds a way. He is available around the clock for guests, never takes no for an answer, and always gives his best to fulfill every request. His commitment and dedication are remarkable and play a significant role in making you feel at home at the GARDELLI Resort. Another highlight of my stay was Mr. Konstantinos and his exceptional drinks. His passion for mixing beverages is evident in every cocktail he prepares. The quality of his creations surpasses that of upscale bars, and it’s easy to understand why these drinks are not included in the all-inclusive package. They are worth every cent, and Konstantinos’ cheerful nature makes enjoying his cocktails a special experience. Thanks to these three wonderful people, my stay at the GARDELLI Resort was more than just a holiday. They made me feel not just like a guest but like part of a big family. I am deeply grateful to them and hope their exceptional efforts are duly recognized.

Unfortunately, there were some aspects that made my stay less enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, and the air conditioning was not strong enough to cool the room adequately on hot days. Despite the fact that the beach belongs to the hotel, there was a charge for its use, which was disappointing. Additionally, fresh juices had to be paid for separately, and water was only available from the tap.

We made a spontaneous, last-minute booking at Gardelli Resort and what a stroke of luck that was! Despite the pouring rain, the warm welcome from the manager miss Zanet, receptionist Emilia and mr Keisidis brightened our spirits. Our cosy room with a beautiful view felt like the perfect retreat from the dreary weather. The delightful dining experience and exceptional hospitality not to forget the barman mr Adonis and his amazing cocktails turned our brief stay into a memorable escape. The hotel was truly our silver lining on a rainy day!

I recently stayed at the Seaside Gardelli Resort in Zante and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel amenities, such as the pool , added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Overall, my time at the Gardelli Resort was delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway.

Stelios, John, and the one other driver provided the best experience to our group. Stelios helped me plan an amazing day filled with beautiful beaches, scenic views, great eats, and a fun time. Our trip would not have been the same without his amazing energy and knowledge of the island. I couldnt have asked for a better time and the memories he helped us make with last a lifetime. I cannot say enough great things about how they treated us throughout the trip.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the rooms. Rooms weren't clean enough with sand all over the floor. Plus the heat at times was unbearable. If the A/C worked better the rooms would have been just fine.

Absolutely speechless. What an absolutely amazing holiday and stunning hotel. We were really looking forward to getting away for my birthday and Gardelli Resort was incredible. The best part of this hotel hands down were the staff. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. From the lovely receptionist organising a birthday cake to be made, to the lovely barman and waitress who looked after us and two very special people in particular. Kostas and Stelios were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us and made us laugh from the second Kostas picked us up for our transfer to the second he hugged us goodbye (and called me to say I left my shoes 🤣). They are both absolute assets to Gardelli resort and true friends for life. We hope to visit you guys again soon 🫶🏼 thank you so much for the best week ever.

The water was yellow on first few days and smelled bad but the problem was solved soon

I recently stayed at Gardelli Resort in Laganas, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The rooms are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the sea. The resort’s location is perfect – right on the beach, with easy access to the lively Laganas strip, but still peaceful enough for a relaxing retreat. The pool area is pristine, and the beach bar serves amazing cocktails and snacks. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great selection of fresh, local dishes to start the day. What stood out most was the excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Whether you want to relax by the pool, explore the local nightlife, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings, Gardelli Resort is the perfect place to stay. I can’t recommend it enough – a true gem in Laganas!

Fantastic location and facilities. We found this to be a very affordable option for an all-inclusive. Although there was only one restaurant and snack bar, we found this to be worth the price as the food was good and staff were great. We really liked the dessert options, and although food could be varied, it was still good! Additionally, we were given a different room to what we booked at the start, but the staff were very quick to correct this. Free Tesla pick-up service from the airport was also another positive.

Nothing in particular, but takeaway lunch box could be better.

The staff were polite, helpful and passionate. Everyone helped us with everything we needed going above and beyond. The room was lovely with lovely decorations with coffee and wine in our room! The location was perfect. booking a taxi was easy, and in fact we were driven in the hotel's own cars which we easily accessible and contactable. Our room was lovely with a lovely view. The food was some of the best we have had in an all-inclusive.

Other guests commented on lack of food choice, however, we felt that the quality and taste of the food made up for the smaller choices you might find in other all-inclusive resorts - quality of quantity!

Excellent stay. Clean, friendly staff, food was great, and it’s right on the beach.

Only complaint would be that you have to pay for the sun beds even if you are staying at their resort even the ones by the pool.
