The Cabyn Review Right from the first moment that we arrived at The Cabyn, we were received and greeted with such grace and warmth. The manager and staff at The Cabyn made us feel right at home and were attentive to all of our needs. We stayed in the family suite on the first floor (be mindful of the staircase in case anyone in your party has restricted mobility) The suite had such a lovely feel to it and is spacious. Personally, the larger a space is the better it is for me so the family suite was exactly what we needed to have a relaxing time away and a relaxing time is what we did have…. We had most of our meals at the hotel and we enjoyed every bit of it! One of our favourite options was the fresh Tilapia and shito sauce - absolutely delish! We stayed at The Cabyn for just over a week and it will be remiss of me not to mention the impeccable work of the Housekeeper. She did an amazing job keeping our suite uber tidy and clean. It made us feel like royalty😊 All in all, we had a fabulous stay at The Cabyn. It really is like home away from home but with a huge dollop of luxury added in 😉 We hope to return sometime in the future. it was exactly as advertised; rooms were comfortable and tidy. I was worried about the quality of the Wi-Fi but I was able to attend my online classes and my sister was able to tutor her students with no interruptions in the service. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Much thanks to Rachel for assisting with organizing an impromptu day tour for my group. Enjoyed the availability of a pool

The breakfast was ok, more variety needed. Location was not the best., was some distance away from the City but also the heavy traffic made it seem much worst.

Everything was brilliant and the staff were very friendly and professionl. I ordered a Spanish omelette for breakfast- it was well done and tasted great . Lots of positive changes since my last visit. They now have a small dining table for 2 in the room I booked and a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi. Standard seem to drop in most hotels I’ve been to, but not The Cabyn. I highly recommend this facility for all travelers and families.

We are travelers. We stay in scores of places, all within weeks of each other. We were in Ghana on this occasion and we moved to Adenta after having spent 15 nights in a previous accommodation. Steve and Louisa received us with such warmth and such hospitality that was markedly different. The room we booked wasn’t ready, so they ushered us into a fresh room while we waited for ours. The room was well presented. They went out of their way to ensure we got all we needed to settle in. Even went hunting for a bathtub stopper just so we could have a soak! Wi-Fi was strong and dependable all through our stay. Breakfast was a delight every single morning! Well cooked, well presented, bang on time! They even had a food order service that worked well most of the time, and the food was nice and fairly priced. The premises is quiet and cozy, safe and in a very accessible area of town within heady reach of Accra City and all the attractions. What’s even sweeter: they offer a free airport shuttle service which was so helpful for us! We had such a lovely and comfortable stay there we can’t wait to be back again whenever we’re in Accra! We truly do hope they uphold the standard of this beautiful little homely boutique hotel.

A sitting area in the room we stayed in would have been nice. It would have been nice if the rooms had extra chairs especially if booked for 2 guests. But they were nice enough to provide us with a second chair to sit and eat (we had to use the dressing table as sitting and eating area.

The Cabyn is a small boutique hotel where you really feel welcome. The room was nice and tidy and the different hosts really helpful. The meals are affordable and of good quality. A great place to rest and enjoy tranquility. You get a very good experience for your money.

The English breakfast was decent but nothing special. During the day the WiFi was slow, but an advantage if you come for some good rest.

Breakfast was excellent - it states continental but to me, an English person, it was a fry up which consisted of eggs, frankfurters, baked beans, onions and toast. The family suite has a private outside balcony with rattan furniture and was a quiet tranquil place to sit. Staff are very accommodating and receptive to ideas to improve the guest experience. We were upgraded to the family suite and one of our party had a deluxe room which she found 'lovely' , Family suite is excellent with a L shaped sofa to lounge on in the evenings. Once the snagging issues have been rectified this suite will be excellent. Full compliment of TV channels and breakfast delivered to your room which was excellent - all food is exceptionally tasty. We were also given a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Reception will call taxis for you and they also offer a free taxi to the airport.

Lack of bins - there was only one tiny waste bin in the bathroom. En-suite bathroom is off the master bedroom. Guests in the other bedroom had to use this bathroom, which means walking through the master bedroom. We were upgraded to the family suite which I believe is not used very often and some snagging issues were highlighted such as the toilet leaking, the shower drain of the shower cubicle being blocked, sometimes there was no water from the bathroom sink but this rectified itself if you waited 5 minutes but annoying when you want to wash you hands after using the toilet. WiFi is very weak. Food is very tasty but takes a long time to be delivered - there is no dining area and food is delivered to your room (you are given a menu, you order and food is delivered to your room).

I was scheduled to spend one night but after liking it so much on the first night, I went back for 4 more nights. The staff here are amazing, they are extremely attentive and caring. The hotel was very clean and I felt completely comfortable at all times. Their menu has a wide variety of dishes and the food was so good! If you’re looking for somewhere with good value for money, to chill, definitely stay here!

Very cozy and clean environment, polite and friendly staff with great customer service mindset. The food was great and affordable. Overall, I couldn't believe I paid very little for such an amazing premium experience.

Great value for money and I highly recommend it for a budget price but premium experience.

The manager Stephane was quick to act on any request. For example, internet was down in my room- he quickly purchased a MTN and fixed it even if it was bit late at night. The hotel driver Jonathan was good and he took me around for sightseeing. Other staffs were friendly. Free pick up from the airport was arranged.

There was limited option of breakfast and meals for me as I am a vegetarian.
