The hotel is an ideal place for a quiet retreat. The location and the room's sound proofing made my stay there very peaceful and quiet. I had very good night sleep, given that even a slightest sound can be sufficient to wake me up.

The only things which were not on top: even after the room was cleaned, there still was sand on the floor, particularly in the bathroom; and the fridge is exceptionally small: be ready that you will not be able to store more than a couple of beer bottles inside.

Good location, one block off the beach promenade and across the street from the Kurpark and the public underground parking garage. We booked a room facing the sea and had good views even though the hotel is not directly on the boardwalk. The windows opened to let the sea breeze in and the room felt bright and airy with a good layout and use of space. The breakfast buffet was very good for a small hotel and the staff was friendly.

The entrance and tiny lobby in the “Souterrain” initially felt a bit cramped and odd but it’s a small hotel that is making the best use of limited space.

The hotel is cosy and provides exceptional big rooms. The little wellness area is a really nice feature for this place too. The location, close to the beach and a few steps away from the center and the train station is a benefit.

That the hotel would offer Covid-Tests on spot is an information missing on the website. It would have helped a lot. Also the hotel was hard to reach by phone prior to arrival. On spot the breakfast service was not too intent, when it came to coffee service.

The hotel is a great location and the room we stayed in was very big and modern. Way more modern and better than other hotels I've stayed at in Warnemünde. The bed is very comfy and the breakfast is nice. We asked for a water boiler for the room and got one no problem.

The breakfast doesn't have too many options for vegans.

We visited with our two small children and the hotel is very family friendly. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Especially during breakfast, they really tried to accommodate everyone's wishes. The room was spacious and we had a balcony with see view (a little glimpse, but nice). The beds were not really nice: The doubke bed were actually two twin beds that kept moving apart when one moved into the middle. Additionally, we had a sleep couch, which was not comfy at all, either. The hotel is very expensive and nicely refurbished. However, it doesn't have any extras that one would expect from a pricey hotel like this one (a bar, a wellness area, ...). Location was unbeatable: within a 5 mins walk, you can splash with your feet in the baltic sea. And Warnemünde is a lovely town to visit: Clean, relaxed, yet vibrating. Really nice!

We were not expecting the resort tax of 7,40 euros per person, per day (14,80 per 24 hours for two people), and the car parking cost of 18 euros for one night (in the shopping centre over the road). Plus a light and low-key evening meal in the hotel restaurant set us back 55 euros, and a pet charge at the hotel of 10 euros (no complaint but still needs to be factored in). All in all there are significant add-ons, in our case (2 people with dog and car parking) it was 42,80 in add ons plus the evening meal, which was very expensive for what it was).
