We had a truly wonderful experience at this beautiful accommodation located right on the historic Marktplatz – you couldn’t ask for a better location! The charm of Tübingen’s old town is absolutely unique, and this place captures it perfectly. The interior is newly renovated with great attention to detail, combining modern comfort with the traditional character of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were luxurious and high-end – a real treat. Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed. All in all, a fantastic stay. Thank you so much – we’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of the town's Old Town and around the corner from the charming Rathaus (town hall) square. Tubingen is a delightful place with a lively and very friendly atmosphere. The old town is full of history and there is plenty to explore within the cobbled streets (it's very hilly, so be prepared!). The apartment is small and located in an old building which provides some quirky aspects. The old building with its very thick walls does mean that it maintains a constant temperature inside which was great because we were in Tubingen during some very hot weather and the apartment remained nice and cool. It also has excellent double glazing which means it is very quiet once the windows are closed (just as well because resident pigeons nesting outside the window were rather noisy). It's really a studio apartment with a double bed and an extra section that can sleep one more person (this area can be curtained off but doesn't have a door). The double bed, kitchenette and dining table are all in the same room. There is also an ensuite bathroom. The faculties were mostly fine with a plug-in, two ring electric hotplate and microwave in the kitchen area for simple cooking and a small fridge (without a freezer section). The apartment was clean and linen and towels were provided. The hosts provide a phone number to call if anything is needed (the apartment was not serviced while we were there, but I expect you could request clean towels or extra toilet paper if you contact the host). The host also provides info on parking options in town (there is no parking at the apartment).

The description of the apartment states that there is a washing machine, but this is not in the apartment - there are two communal washer/dryer machines within the building that are coin-operated. Because they are communal there is no guarantee that they will be free when required and they do require quite a few Euros to operate. There was also a mat in the apartment with a curled up edge that was a potential trip hazard, so hopefully the hosts will replace this!

Location was good and overall the room was good. It gave great access to old town and was centrally located for tourist actives. It was also convenient to a car drop off location.

A room specific guide/message would have been good. Some specifics about the room specific wifi and other factors I think got missed due to using a more general room greeting message.

The location was very central in the town and the amenities were all great. Very neat and clean while still having character. Getting into the property was very easy and it was a great base for exploring.

It could be a little noisy being in the middle of town but also hearing other guests walking around upstairs and loud pigeons outside but it is somewhat expected with a central location.

Great location, convenient and reasonably quiet. The rooms were spacious and the lighting was good. I'd never stayed in the Altstadt before and it was fun.

The shower wasn't the smallest I've ever experienced in Europe/Middle East, but a close second. Only major problem was that the lockbox for the keys didn't work properly. I was glad I had a friend with me, and we were able to help someone else who arrived at the same time.

Great location, clean, nice apartment.

The lock box was convenient for my since I arrived late. It did not, however, work reliably, which I found a bit confusing. It released the keys after a number of tries though. A stable desk would have been nice.

This was the absolute perfect locations for a few days in Tübingen. It had everything we needed and was a coat little apartment

The owners were very helpful and replied quickly to all my questions.

The pots and pans were too big, and one of the pans was burnt and it was difficult to cook anything with it. They could also put some cooking oil for the guests, it is no big deal for them and can make things much easier for us. Also, the door in the living room leading to another apartment let the noise from the neighbors through, music, conversations, etc.

Great location and very convenient facilities. The staff is friendly and accommodating!

We were on the ground floor, and often heard noise from the street, though not too terrible. The studio was quite small, smaller than it looks in the pictures.
