I really liked this place before when I tried to shower the shower broke. But when I reported to this to the front desk, they were super supportive to change the room. The new room got everything functioning. Bed super confy, location is good since it's about 15 min walk to the central station. You can also get your things to the front desk after the check out. Staffs are super super friendly. Photos are from the room that the shower got broke btw. But if you have many luggages heads up: there is stairs who would have to deal with though there is an old-fashioned elevator.

The room was clean and had all the basics. Appreciated the 24h check-in and the not-too-early 11am check-out time. The location near the center was perfect for my needs and the price of the room was reasonable.

The room was a bit small, but it was ok for a quick overnight stay. Missed the hairdryer. Also no lounge.

It was a tiny room with everything one would need for a short stay - a bed, a table, wardrobe, chair and a small TV on the wall, with an itty-bitty bathroom attached. The hotel in itself is nothing fancy, but it was clean, cozy and is in a central location, so it is easy to move around, be on foot or via public transport. Despite the central location, the room was quiet. The staff was really polite and helpful, too! If you wish to stay for a night or two to explore the city, this place is definitely for you! :)

Convenient location, not far from city centre, but in quiet place. Friendly staff. Room was clean, while itself it a bit small. Very good breakfast for this price: cold meat, cheese, vegetables, eggs, fruit, juice, coffee, pastry, yoghurts, jams, flakes etc.

Bathroom is tiny. The shower faucet was not holding up well.

If you travel solo to stay one night, and remember your student room, that it's possibly the same size, nocap big W this hotel.

Staff took L on English, the staff should learn English, its makes your L's into W's

Breakfast was fine. Staff at desk were very helpful and were fluent in three languages. Excellent cleaning staff.

Outside looked older, inside very update and very clean facilities.

Parking is at a premium.,I parked 2 streets over but Saturday afternoon and Sunday can park the government park areas, since no one is there

Could have a waiting room or some sort of common place to sit while waiting for the checkin time.

Showers are super bad, it goes from super cold to super hot in an instant got almost burned my tits of. Water temperature changes for no reason what so ever.

the location was ok near the city centre and the breakfast was nice. the receptionist was really helpful .
