15 min walk to the historical center. Opposite the hotel there is a free parking opposite the hotel, where you can leave your car. In a triple room, there is a toilet and shower. Everything you need in a small kitchen кoom allow to have a quiet breakfast. Important: to receive the code for the entrance door to the hotel, the room number and the code for opening the door, you must fill out an electronic form sent by the hotel before checking in!!! 2 ID photos and one selfie are enough.

poor sound insulation from the kitchen and weak lighting in the kitchen ... otherwise everything is great!!!

Everything was good,the room have a big privatly bathroom,the kitchen is shared, and has everything you need to cook, and free very good coffee, an automatic machine with grains, sugar, salt,teas,the beds is comfortable beds each one,a big supermarket Netto City at 2 min by foot,and not reception,everything is digital and yes is good,and i was lucky to find a place free parking,right in the front of building.i recommend it

The bathroom light is on the sensor and turns off after a short time and it's annoying when you shower, you have to get out of the shower to turn the bathroom light back on

Well designed room utilising the small available space - bunk beds, bench, chair, small table. Additional space for luggage in/under window benches. The large bathroom is modern and in excellent condition. Well equipped community kitchen with coffee machine. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Good security with code for external door and room door.

The room space is quite tight, with only one chair for two people. Bench is available to sit on if not being used for luggage. Metal rungs on bunk ladder is uncomfortable to climb up and down.

A cozy digitized hotel. Check-in & Check-out is electronic, didn't see any staff, all interactions through messengers and email. The electronic locks were a bit unusual for me, but everything was great. Clean and cozy. It's a 20-minute walk to the historical center and train stations. For me, the balance between price, location, and service is good. Thank you.

The check in was digital and easy and the communication with the host was quick. The kitchen which is common for all the apartments was always very clean! The coffee machine was a pleasant surprise! The whole ground floor is modern and newly renovated.

Definitely not at the centre of the town It was 2.2 km away and about 20 minutes walk. We usually walk a lot but we needed to know this detail. We did not like the neighbourhood! It was like an industrial zone. The rooms needed cupboards or some space for our clothes. There is no cleaning service for the rooms. The third day we needed clean towels and fortunately the host (always can be reached by message) manage to solve the problem immediately. Generally it is ok for a short stay.

There are no sound-proof doors, I can hear if someone is talking outside. My first room was with a broken air suction device in the bathroon which was a big problem that can lead to cancelling the reservation if not solved. because there is no windows in the bathroom. I contacted the customer-service and they provided another room.

Comfy clean apartments with a good kitchen with all the facilities except an oven. Bathrooms were nice and clean with no issues. Very secure building with fancy code locks. Plus smart tvs with everything you’d expect.

Can get hot and could do with some AC

If you can't speak German the check in is complicated as all the instructions are in German. Also when trying to upload the pictures of your document you had to try a few times and it wouldn't upload the selfie at all. We had to ring the host three times to help us with this. Also it says that the property is in the city centre which it is not. We had to walk there and back and it takes about 40 minutes each way as one of us can't walk too fast. A taxi quoted us E20!!!

There are no free parking places. Disappointing. I drove my car at least in 1km radius and it was really hard to park there. :( Access to an apartment through filling personal data via link. I see the reason for it but haven't yet met something like this before, so it was a little annoying.

The seamless Check-in was a plus for me especially since my check-in was late night. Originally I booked a room for one but even my late request to add an additional occupant was accepted immediately at such a late hour. The room was clean and prepped perfectly. Location is accessible by Tram 5 and easily walkable from the stop.
