This is an excellent hotel in great condition. Most rooms have a balcony and walk-in shower. Location is outside the historic centrum but there is a underground station (U-Bahn) next to the hotel. This station is called Nordfriedhof and there is a direct line (U6) to Marienplatz in the historic centrum. This takes aprox 8 min and the frequency of the U-Bahn is very high, i.e you don't have to bother knowing the time table due to the frequency of the U-Bahn. There is a bakery and agrocery store in same building as the hotel.

The room was very nice modern and comfortable but the lighting in the room was not enough unfortunately. The furniture was very nice and good quality. The breakfast was very delicious, however the staff was not enough on the peek time.

I think the room needs more lamps or more light :) In the shower inside, in the the two corners were a bit mouldy. The hand soap dispenser was nearly empty. The curtains fell down in a small part, some plastic clips were broken. There were some stains on the wall. These little things could be easily fixed and the room could be very nice. But over all the room 116 was nice and comfortable.

The breakfast was abundant and delicious. They should have had signs in front of the products what they contain. This would make it easier for those who has allergies. There were no alternatives for lactose free products, but when we asked about this, the stuff solved the problem efficiently and well. The restaurant in the hotel was really nice and the stuff, especially Teemu, exceptionally helpful what comes to recommending places to visit in Munich. The food was delicious, too.

The location is good but the environment is not especially beautiful.

Convenient location, next to U-Bahn (tube) station, very near to airport shuttle stop (Lufthansa Express Bus) 2 min walk. There are good few restauarants in walking distance, an Italian across the road and a Bavarian-Croatian just a few minutes walk, both very good. Nice clean, bright room, large TV and decent size shower in bathroom.

For the price range, nothing to dislike really, will be staying here again if we return to Munich for another trip.

The Pullman is what one would expect for a 3 star hotel. Relatively new, clean and comfortable rooms. What sets this place apart is the value for the money and the location. The Pullman is located (literally steps away) on the first stop (Munich Schwabing / Nordfriedhof) of the Munich Lufthansa Express Bus. That exact same location is also serviced by the U-Bahn #6 line (Nordfriedhof stop) which takes you down to the city center (Marienplatz stop). Also a short walk away from the Hotel is the English Garden which is a large wooded park that runs along the west bank of the Isar River. For those wanting to take a long walk, you can walk from the hotel to the city center through the English Garden. It is a wonderful experience to do so. Breakfast is served in the hotel's attached restaurant and I rate it 4 out of 5 with an excellent selection of items that will please just about any visitor.

The TV's in the room are rather outdated 42 inch flat panel displays. Beds come with a single (very, very soft) pillow for each person. If you are a side sleeper, you'll need to order an extra pillow when you arrive.

Highly recommended, the check in/out was very fast, room was ready. Very good location, the hotel is located 5 min away from the bus (coach) stop which goes to the airport and 2 min away from the underground. Room was big ( has additional table, chair and space for the customers who needs to work during their stay, it was very helpful) clean and exactly like on the pictures. Stuff were very friendly, spoke English, was always happy to help. Despite the fact that hotel was full, we did not face any delay in services during our stay, no queue in front of the elevator or in front of customer service desk. We really enjoyed our stay in Pullman.

Ideal location, stayed here all weekend for the Metallica gig couldn’t ask for anything more. Staff were great and very accommodating around early check in / late check out requests. We had a superior double room and it was gorgeous, nice wee balcony to the front of the hotel super quiet outside so we could just chill in privacy. Fantastic supermarket and breakfast cafe attached to the hotel. Rooms all seem to be sound proof so it’s very cosy and quiet aswell! Also very nice bar in the hotel or if you fancied a change Champions sports bar is a 3 minute walk both amazing service! Will definitely stay again if we come back to Münich. Thank you so much! :)

We accidentally booked a room at the Pullman in Munich through Booking.com at a very good price. What we particularly liked was that, despite being a 4-star hotel, the food there was very delicious. We really enjoyed the breakfast. My room overlooked the garden, and it was very relaxing. You could see a family of ducks with 11 ducklings in the garden, which was very entertaining. My child ran around happily in the garden, and from my room, they could easily go outside and play. The hotel is very family-friendly. The rooms are very spacious and extremely comfortable. The price is super good compared to the quality and to other hotels in the same price range. I have to say that the Pullman impressed us very much, and we would love to stay there again. It is located in a very quiet area and is super close to everything: The Pullman Munich Hotel is near a supermarket, a bank for withdrawing money, Deutsche Post for sending letters and postcards, and a pharmacy. It is also very close to the train station; it takes only a minute to walk from the station to the hotel. From there, it is very close and extremely convenient to get to the city center and tourist attractions. We really enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Munich and would definitely come back if we have the chance because we liked it so much.

New looking, well maintained modern hotel. Very spacious room with good size desk for working. Comfortable bed. Bakery close by for breakfast and we enjoyed the produce market outside. About 5 mins walk from the stop of the Lufthansa bus from the airport.

They have a problem with housekeeping. Everything was clean, but there were no towels provided in the bathroom for our one night stay. I hope that was an oversight and not some misguided policy. Also, the housekeeper came into our room twice the next morning, even though we were checking out. There should be some way of letting housekeeping know that people are leaving that day and when the room is empty for cleaning. This is a management issue, not the fault of staff.

Room was fantastic, spacious and bed was UBER comfortable. Shower was also amazing. We were allowed to drop our luggage off for storage before our check in time, which allowed us to explore Munich without the burden of bags. Also right opposite the Lufthansa airport shuttle bus station, made our trip hassle free

Top Tip - use the hotel facilities/reception bar as the bar associated with the hotel is SUPER expensive, 7.80e for a bottle of water vs 3.80e in the hotel itself.
