Absolutely huge suite with two bathrooms, one with bath, one with shower. Two sets of closets a living room area and large bedroom. Two televisions. Great wifi, bed was harder than we're used to, but still very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. Clean as a whistle and the Minibar was included (non alcoholic). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good.

Shampoo was almost out and the wash lotion was empty. The lighting concept with motion sensors was difficult to figure out exactly what was what and how to get them to actually turn off. Just shut the doors to the bathrooms and they'll be "off" when you open the door next time. ;-) This is real nitpicking though, because the place was so fabulous.

We stayed in this hotel for a concert in the Forum by Gregory Porter. We found this hotel to be a very pleasant experience. The staff who were very friendly and helpful, the clean room and bathroom. The beds slept wonderfully. The options the room had to offer. You even had a sound system in the ceilings. Even though our room was right next to the elevator, we didn't hear anything happening in the hallway. You can see that this building is well maintained, inside and outside. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to enjoy it in peace. It's nice to have a good hotel close to the concert hall so that we could get back and forth quickly. There are not many parking spaces, we had already read that from others and luckily we had a place every time we wanted to park. This hotel is now in our top 3!

We don't understand a word of German and therefore didn't fully understand how the sound system worked in the room. We would have loved to try this out. As a tip, clear explanation, step by step (because there were buttons everywhere and I didn't really understand which ones were needed to connect your phone) of how it works. And also in English for any guests who, like us, do not understand it. It took some time to figure out how the light switches work, but we figured it out :-D

The suite and rooms were very impressive. High tech in all lighting, AC and even BT speakers in the bathroom mirrors. Two bathrooms, a TV room, walk through closet and a big twin bed bedroom with TV.

The breakfast is too expensive. When we experienced a problem during the night, the reception was unable to resolve anything as the personnel was only a security guard with no access to the hotel systems. This is obviously a management decision by the hotel which is a big loss for the guests when they need to get issues resolved during the night. The shower box in the suite didn't hold the water inside and spilled all over the floor.

The best hotel during my whole trip to Germany and Netherlands, driving to Orgatec(Koln) take only 20 mins, pay half of the Koln's rate, and receive 200% quality, in a quiet neighbourhood, next to a big public park, lobby is luxuary, room is very spacious, clean and new, all equipment are brand new. Breakfast's quality is good, and not very busy. After experiencing the hotel in Koln, I even cancelled the booking in Koln and drive back to Leverkusen and stay in this hotel. Way much better than Koln's hotel in all aspects.

The room was great! You could connect your sportily to watch a movie of listen to your own music, even when showering! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, not the best I’ve had but for the price absolutely worth it. The park behind the hotel has his own Japanese garden, definitely worth a look.

The pillows were to soft but that’s my own preference. It’s located in the middle of an industrial area so the view was not the nicest I’ve seen but after all we had a very pleasant stay!

I always wanted my child to experience 5 star treatment and just ordered an hotel room for quick overnight in the car whilst traveling. Just booked Kasino for the nice price. My daughter experienced what a 5 star hotel is! Professional staff that was extremely family friendly who made my daughter end myself feel comfortable from the moment we entered. The quiet surroundings and the Japanese garden was a massive plus.

Nice hotel if you need to be at Chempark. Good breakfast. Modern rooms.

The rooms are modern but very high-tech. Airco was complicated, and turning out lights was impossible (they have moving sensors). I booked a place at the restaurant (very nice) but then went wrong. The hotel wrote: 'As a hotel guest, you can eat in our restaurant without a reservation.' That's not true!! You have to make a reservation.

For business travelers to Bayer, there is no better option. The hotel is basically inside the company premises, it is clean, the rooms are spacious and extremely well equipped. The staff was nice, the wi-fi is free, and so is the mini bar for the first day. The staff was extremely nice and despite what booking.com suggests, the reception operates nonstop. Breakfast was modern, fresh, and unbelievably tasty. Parking in front of the hotel for about 17 EUR per night.

Maybe some relaxing facilities on site would be nice (a small sauna, pool or gym, which is in another building). But this is a business hotel.

Breakfast was fabulous - a huge variety of fresh and grilled veggies, very tasty, good quality juices, and milk products. Rooms are comfortable, clean, luxury materials. Free beverages in a mini bar to refresh after arrival.

Some modern approaches to lighting in rooms are sometimes a little annoying or even not functional (couldn't switch some lights on or they were switching on unexpectedly)

Exceptional luxury hotel. Great value price, located in the very calm area with the Japanese botanic garden behind. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I also like Bluetooth audio system in the room and bathroom. This is an extra, a nic plus ultra! I'll stay there every time I am around Cologne.
