It was clean and in a good location to Messe. Upon arrival, it was easy to check-in. I asked for an Iron and ironing board at reception, which was made available.

When booking, there were comments about the breakfast being good. However, it was unclear that breakfast was at an additional cost of 19.50 EUR (per person, per day). All options available when booking had no option for breakfast, which made you assume it was included in the initial price, which was already quite high. There was no information about the breakfast and cost at the time of booking or in email correspondence. It was only at reception the cost of breakfast was made known. Would I have booked somewhere else if I had known about the breakfast? Absolutely. There are lots of potential alternatives and the transport system is good.

We had to book last minute because of sickness and could not travel as planned. The price was very expensive, but for last minute, we had no other choice. It seemd every hotel in the area was sold out on that Friday night. We did experience a very friendly front desk staff who were very accomodating. The room was very large with nice wood furniture. There was a lot of room to move around and put our bags. There were big windows that looked out onto the street. The bathroom was very large as well. Some people wrote they did not like the motion light, I spent a bit of time trying to figure out where the light switch was, until the light came on. Once I figured that out, it was fine. Downstairs there is a smoking room with an old fashioned cigarette machine, just in case. They held our bags till we were scheduled to leave. It is very close to Reeperbahn, and Feldstraße, the Ubahn, and everything you would want or need in the area. Shopping, St. Pauli football stadium, restaurants kioks, cafes, are right around the corner. It was a very pleasant stay. I would stay again. Next time we plan a stay in Hamburg and in the area.

There was nothing to report that we did not like. Of course a new mattress and pillows, but this is something most hotels are in need of. We did not have breakfast, so I can not comment on the cost or what was available or offered. The cost of a coffee was more expensive than the other hotel we stayed at before we arrived.

Great location, 5 minutes from the Reeperbahn and in the fun St Pauli district. An unlooked-for bonus was the small smoking lounge, a rarity these days. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was big, bed comfortable. Bathroom adequate. We were able to park right on the street straight in front of the hotel, for nothing, so that was very handy. Also Hamburg seems like a great city, from our experience.

It would have been nice to be able to get or make a coffee in the room, or better yet to take one to the smoking room or the street. Maybe that was possible, without signing up for an entire breakfast, but at any rate there were no coffee making facilities in the room. The room was fairly expensive, by my standards at least, but it was also better than my usual room, or at least roomier and grander.

The location was great, the staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and it's a really nice building.

The showers are either really hot or really cold. Usable but not great, there was no coffee in the room although there's an espresso machine in the breakfast area.

The room was pretty big, I liked that - didn't feel as a typical tiny hotel room. For the rest: clean, decent hotel.

The area is a bit noisy. Sleeping with an open window isn't really an option … but therefor it is easy to reach and close to tall the places I needed to go to.

the shower doors did not close properly and there was a small amount of black mould on the shower base.

I liked the localisation and how a good communication point was nearby (U-Bahn). Also, a lot of cool places to visit nearby!

The place wasn't cleaned entirely after last guests (we found some hair in the shower, as well as the mirror in the bathroom was dirty from makeup from previous guests).

Very good location. The pillows were a bit soft, but I like them like that so it turned out fine

To be honest I didn't check beforehand if there's a minifridge in the room so that's on me, but I felt the fridge's absence after staying here in the middle of July.

the assigned room was a bit small for 2 person, difficult to place the luggage, The location of the hotel is quite good, close to the night life and to the seaport, just few subway stop from the city center, or 25 mins walking. There is a great private parking free and protected beside the hotel

The pillow of the bed are terrible!! never found so uncomfortable before. i suggest to change with more appropriate one.

Very clean, nice breakfast! Comfortable bed and 1-bed single room was quite spacious based on price. Quiet surroundings.

A bit expensive breakfast , location not the best but still was workable with public transport. Check out time us a bit too early.
