Comfortable hotel in a green area, if you like to walk and have time for that - main Gifhorn attractions are reachable by foot going through the green park. Hotel has good choice of boats for rent and the river is just next to the hotel. We had great time on the water. Breakfast was good- eggs, muesli, cheese , coffee, etc. The room was on the ground floor, with big windows facing nature. It was comfortable, clean, everything worked properly.

The online checkout probably doesn’t work, we spent some time and even uploaded app, but seem to be not functioning. Reception comes only at 15.00, no earlier check in is possible. Check out at 10.00 (cleaning lady already needs to clean your room). Later checkout also seems not possible.

Perfect place very close to the main road. The hotel is close to the city centre-20 minutes walk through the park which was a relaxing and pleasant experience. Quite, peaceful and perfectly clean hotel. Very big parking lot, free of charge. The breakfast was good and had something for every taste-salami, sausages, scrambled eggs, jam and fruits, musli and youghurt, good coffee and varieties of tee.

The breakfasts were excellent and the dinners too Staff was very nice and helpful Peasand place in relative peace and the museum of windmills near the hotel is also worth visiting

The lack of a refrigerator in the room can be seen as a small drawback

I stayed here for a business trip and overall felt that the price matched the quality. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety, which was a great start to the day.

Did not have enough place to secure the bycicles

I didn't like the fakt that the swimming pool was closed due to Corona. Wasn't able to use the sauna either, which wasn't communicated before arrival.
