We did not receive the information on how to collect the key and the host was difficult to get hold of. It turned out that there was probably something wrong with the local phone network, because 1h or so after we finally got the instructions for the key by a third person we received we received multiple instructions with how to pick up the keys. Information should be sent out earlier to make sure they arrive on time (preferably even before traveling).

An e-mail should be sent with the information on how to access the property, not just an SMS. I was unable to locate this SMS.

Giessener Bett was just what I needed for a quiet stay at Giessen during a hectic Film Festival. The room was spacious and I loved the looks of the bathroom. And the toiletries were super cute! I liked that they had different types of lights, so you could have low lights in both the bathroom and the bedroom. The bed was huge and super comfy. The host was really friendly and allowed me to do an early check in. A staff member even carried my heavy suitcase to my room in the second floor. I totally recommend you to stay for either business or holidays.

The wifi was a bit unreliable and disconnected often. There was no sink in the kitchen and it felt weird doing the dishes in the bathroom, but it wasn't a big deal. I would have preferred a expresso machine because I had never seen one like that and it took me ages to figure out how it worked, lol!

I like the location since all the needful things you may get in just few foot steps. I like the quietness of the apartment and cleanliness. There was no option for breakfast but in the room there was a coffee machine from coffee bag. Some tea and coffee bags will be provided. There is a freeze and an induction kitchen with minimal utensils and cutleries. So if you want to cook light dinner or breakfast it is a good place.

There is not so far any dislikings.

Stayed here already at third time. The appartment is clean and with good ventilation and heater system. Evrething enough for comfortable living.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal was non-constantly... Also need to make some bathroom and bed repair. In bathroom need to change the tropical shower, in case of the bed on half of it need to repair the mattress supports.

Hello, the main host called Nicole was not very available by whatss app message, however, the one who appeared to provide support was very attentive, but everything was fine.

Great location, very close to Giessen station and downtown, yet very clean, very quiet, high-speed internet (free), lots of crockery/cutlery, pots and pans provided, great housekeeping, good price. There was a nice balcony with chairs+table too!

Instructions about keys, housekeeping, internet should be placed in the room rather than stuck on the main entrance at street-level; preferably, they should be in English too. Also, make clear that all the phone numbers are available on WhatsApp, no need to make local calls (which I did!).

Very conveniently located, the room was also extremely silent despite being next to the most trafficked road in Giessen. The room was also very large and with a kitchen, wich for the price I did not expect. Due to a mistake from my side, the SMS with the instructions had gone lost. There are multiple contact people to call, one of them basically did not answer, the other was super helpful and solved the problem immediately.
