Everything was great, modern and clean rooms for a fair price! The location is perfect to get around as the hotel is near two train stations and there are a lot of cool restaurants, bars and cafés in the neighbourhood. Also, the staff is very welcoming and helpful.
The rooms are very small and just a little bit bigger than the bed so it might not be suitable for a longer stay, but solo or with a partner it’s completely sufficient for a weekend trip when you don’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway.

This great value for money hotel was in a superb location as we could walk into the city centre in 30 minutes, meaning we could see the sights as we walked! The area around the hotel felt very vibrant and safe, and there was a solely gluten free bakery/cafe almost next door which was perfect for our breakfasts and a great pizza place (Lovebirds) which also did gluten free pizzas! Several small supermarkets within 5 minutes’ walk and a U-bahn station 2 minutes’ walk away made this the perfect location. For an evening meal, 9 minutes’ walk away was the lovely, cosy German cuisine restaurant Sophieneck, where we enjoyed a traditional port knuckle dinner and wine for around £50 for 2 (book though, as they get very busy). The hotel room was very quiet when the window was shut and the clever wooden pull-across blinds made it dark inside, perfect for sleeping! Our room on the fourth floor was small but it had all we needed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit were: the open top bus tour (both red and blue routes) (around €25), the Topography of Terror (free), Checkpoint Charlie (free), the Holocaust memorial (free), the memorial to the Sinti and Roma victims of National Socialism (free), the East Side Gallery (free), the dome at the Bundestag (free), the Berlin Wall memorial (free), the climb to the top of the Victory Column (€4) and the Stasi museum (€8). We also happened to visit during the yearly Festival of Lights (7-16 October) which was truly spectacular, and free!
The room was a little hot when the window was shut, even though we had the heating at its lowest setting.

‏I want to express my utmost satisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Everything exceeded expectations, from the prime location in the vibrant heart of Berlin, making it convenient for all my needs, to the seamless accessibility to the city's beautiful attractions through excellent transportation. ‏The warm reception, the hotel's cleanliness, and the courteous staff added to the positive experience. I also appreciate the efficiency in room preparation at the specified time, eliminating the need for prolonged waits. ‏Truly, it was a fantastic stay, and I look forward to choosing your hotel for future visits to Berlin.

- Location - it is located in a walking distance of the most of the famous Berlin sights and various shops, restaurants,... - Price - this was the first best deal after the hostels while still located in the heart of Berlin - Staff - staff at the reception is very friendly and communicative - Room - while the room is super small (smallest I have ever seen in a hotel), it was very comfy and after all suited our need of just having place to sleep. Everything was top notch when it comes to tidiness and the room equipment (towels, soap,...)
- while the TV is in the room, it does not have anything to watch in it.

Have stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are clean and compact, this is really just a place to sleep rather than a hotel to enjoy your yearly holidays in. It is not suitable for couples IMHO, but more for solo travellers. For a night or two (e.g. when you go to a music gig and can't get the last train home) this is a perfect hotel. The beds are comfy and I have gotten a great night's sleep. I do like the area and find the city noises calming. The location is only a short walk from Alex Square near Prenzl Berg. In the area are also many cafes and brunch spots. The hotel is safe and the staff have been lovely. Will be back!
This is really a minor thing, there is not that much of shelving in the room so you have to keep in mind not to bring too many clothes. It is really just a place to sleep for a night or two.

Great location and easy to travel to by train and U Bahn from the airport. Excellent breakfast place and donuts opposite the hotel. We had breakfast here every day. Reception manned with helpful and an English speaking staff 24/7. Bed was very comfortable, pillows very comfortable, aircon. I slept very well! Lots of hooks and ledges to hang/ put stuff. TV. Clean and quiet.
The toilet and shower are separated by frosted glass doors which does not feel particularly private. It was fine for myself and my daughter. We took backpacks and had enough space. Would not advise bringing suitcases as not so much room and nowhere to store clothes.

Very good location, so easy to get too and from the airport. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. Sort of what you need for the basics of a short stay. The lockers for €5 for the day to leave your luggage is useful
Room was a little cold for us, would’ve been nice if we had an extra blanket. Be warned room is very small but it was ok for us. Found it odd there’s a fee if you want your room clean but we only stayed for two nights so it wasn’t required anyway

Everyone was really nice to us, we had the best time ever even for two nights. The location was also super a lot of restaurants and shops and even the metro, bus and tram stations were near. Everything in the hotel was amazing and very comfortable.
The only things that were not so good were the thermal blanket, because it gets too hot and when you put it aside, then it's cold so you couldn't really sleep well, but its not that big of a deal and the cold wind blowing though the window all day, but other then those two everything was perfectly fine, so I would totally recommend.

It was cheap to stay here and the staff were extremely helpful and very polite..the bed was comfortable enough..the sliding black out board as a window cover was excellent it made the room really blacked out which I find better to sleep on..the location was easy to get around from with the I station literally steps away..there is a 24 hour shop next door as well as well.
The room was very compact and very hot because the Aircon was a central unit which made every room the same temperature (hot) but they did provide us with a fan..the bed side tables had a sharp end on them which had to be covered with your pillow as not to take an eye out in the night.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for 6 days and I would like to express my admiration for the services and the perfect location. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were fantastic. They were professional and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and comfortable. The rooms were very tidy and incredibly clean. Everything in the room, from the furniture to the bathroom, was in excellent condition and the attention to detail ensured a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the room and in the hotel facilities, which greatly contributed to my comfort during my stay. The interaction with the reception staff was also outstanding. They were always ready to help and provide guidance, and they efficiently handled any inquiries or requests. What added to the experience was the hotel’s more than wonderful location. It is situated close to shopping and leisure areas, as well as restaurants and all the main attractions of the city, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the area. Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service in a strategic location. I will definitely return to stay here in the future.
