Just what you expect from a hotel, a quiet room and good service. Great breakfast and bus stop nearby.

Difficult to find a cheap hotel, also this one was not really cheap.

Location is very good. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast - simple European breakfast, but it was ok. Room was clean and comfortable. Checking was very fast and before 14, was thankful. The view from the breakfast room is beautiful.

I didn't like the pillow, it was quite destroyed and didn't hold my head. Outside of my room, across it, there was construction site and all the time something was falling down. But we couldn't keep the windows closed, because there was no good aeration of the room. Air conditioning was only working on heating.

Location wise, the hotel has an amazing position. It's right next to a bus stop, and an U-bahn stop is further down the street. We had a three-person room in the corner, with beautiful view and everything we needed. There was a large desk in the room, and several chairs. The hotel had provided some glasses, and in the bathroom there's even a bath, and shampoo or soap provided. All in all, we were very happy to stay at the Come Inn at Kürfurstendamm.

We didn't include breakfast as an option, as it was quite expensive and there's bakeries around the corner.

Breakfast was great, a lot of different foods and beverages, fresh, and the staff was very kind. Also the breakfast room is on the top floor with terrace and great view. The hotel is on a top location - Olivaer platz with the bus stations just in the front of hotel and very well connected to all the parts of Berlin. I also liked the check-out until noon, so I managed to use the morning before leaving as well.

Overall, it is a good value. Clean room, nice breakfast. Nearby you can go shopping and just next door is a nice subway sandwich. I will stay here again.

The wardrobe space does not give enough room to hang your suit, so be careful when closing the wardrobe door as it will get stuck on your suit. The room key and card are inconveniently on the way of the wardrobe door.

I really liked the hotel, I had a huge room with a great view and a comfy bed. The hotel is easy to commute to and from, it is calm and very clean, the brealfast is also good.

Although I really enjoyed my short stay and would be glad to stay there again, the wi-fi was truly a joke. Of course, nobody is expecting from a hotel to provide a wirelles powerful enough to download videos or streaming, but it wasn't enough even to call (without video) - no matter where : in the room, in the lobby...I was traveling for work and honestly it was quite disappointing. Otherwise everything was perfect and I would come back without a second thought.

Room was very good. Location was what we wanted. Breakfast very good. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. At the end of the day a good staff is very important and the staff in the Come In were excellent.

i particularly liked the breakfast room. My only confusion was in finding access to the parking lot behind the building. I called the desk to help. As it turns out, there was a utility truck parked in front of the entrance. I had two excellent meals at local restaurants, one recommended by the desk clerk. I will definitely stay at this facility again.

I have no particular complaints.

Very well located hotel. Room is clean and spacious, and quiete, although the hotel is located in a busy district. Delicious and big variety of breakfast. Smiley receptionists :) In case of early arrival and/or late departure you can leave your luggages in the locker room. There are always beautiful fresh apples at the reception to pick freely :)

WIFI is poor, practically it cannot be used in the room. All others we were satisfied with.

The location was perfect, easy to reach city center with public transport. The street in which is the hotel is safe, have many shops and restaurants around. Room was clean, cozy, had air conditioning. Breakfast was amazing, with nice view and lots of variety of food.
