Super affordable while delivering a nice hotel experience. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Bed was very comfortable. Unlike what other reviews say, the airco worked perfectly (maybe recently added or fixed?), which I appreciated with 30+ temperatures. Staff was pretty friendly, albeit nothing spectacular. The bus stop to the metro and the airport is just a few minutes walking. The hotel is also located in between 2 supermarkts AND a Mc Donalds that is open late.

As others have stated, the hotel isn't super conveniently located. You need to take a bus to get to the metro. Luckily, the bus does run pretty regularly. My bigger gripe however is that the rooms aren't as quiet as it says on their site. I could hear plenty of noise from my neighbour's room.

Very comfortable bed and great curtains blocking the light. Also very quiet during the night. The breakfast was also good.

The staff is made out of absolutely incredible people. I really needed a place to stay after there’s been a fire at my apartment. I had my 2 sick pets with me. These people have been nothing but kind and welcoming to me. They’ve been so helpful and understanding. The facilities were good. The place is safe. You can leave your pets at the room and go about your daily duties. I can only say, I’m lucky I found this place and these people and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy stay and good people.

Location ,parking facilities, peole that use clean the roo. staff at reception the vice director andf Ms . PETRA, general services....and beware the guy in duty for breakfat....the man was very good. Quality of the food was ok.

Unfortunately for breakfast in the morning, the service in the rooms proved to be very unkind in the person of a lady, who serves in the morning and can be identified by her appearance, with light hair and a short cut. Management should immediately get rid of it or dedicate it to services without contact with the public. Her general attitude is not acceptable

Well to be honest I stayed there for the time of ITB and it was the best option I could find with in a decent budget. The hotel is good. The staff was very friendly and kind. The rooms are compact but clean and decent enough.

The location for the hotel is very far from the City Center of Berlin. It took more than an hour to drive / also by bus same. I requested to checkout one night early and I did in the end because the hotel as really far. But still ended up paying the full amount.

The bed was amazing, the mattress was new and super comfy. The bedsheets fresh and in pristine condition. The staff from the reception was also very friendly, I asked for a kettle because we really like drinking tea and they gave us one. The water pressure from the bathroom was great.

It’s a bit far from the city centre, you will be like 40 minutes away at least, but it’s ok considering the value. Another thing that I did’t like at all was the carpet, it was very stained, old and dirty, luckily I had some sleepers because it was too nasty to walk barefoot. The shower was tiny.

The rooms are decently clean (minus some dust not wiped here and there, nothing to worry about) Bathroom was also clean Room is generally happy looking, it is not depressing staying here Wi-Fi is really good (150 Mbps+) Fridge in the room Really good value for money, definitely worth it Absolutely lovely neighborhood, very green and clean, quiet, decently connected to the city (bus right in front, U7 10 min walk, good restaurants nearby, McDonalds's and Netto supermarket right next to the hotel)

Air conditioning was not turned on in June, it was a bit warm but if you open the windows it is excelent, you will also be provided with a desk fan at the reception if you ask (I am also having this issue at Ibis, so it seems to be a common thing)

Price, location, staff, availability

On the first night I was given a smoking room even though I didn't request it. They said the hotel was full and they couldn't change it. I had to spend a night in a room where I had difficulty breathing. It was terrible. The next day they compensated by giving me a better room.

The rooms was clean, nice and tidy and a good location in Berlin. Very good breakfast enjoyable.

Got charged a extra person on my hotel booking. Informed the hotel that they was only 3 people instead of 4 people but I have not had a refund for the extra person. Also the child Alfie Manning got charged an adults price when he his only 15 year olds. Very unhappy about this and it spoilt the holiday - I am looking to take this further now.

I stayed for 1 night. The room had enough space. The window is wide and airs the room just right, it wasn't too hot in this weather. And the curtains had good blackout. Even the noise isolation was pretty good I could hear steps in the corridor only slightly but still slept fine. Overall I have no issues, bathroom was clean, bed sheets were washed and in the room was laid a carpet so can't say much about that. Check in and check out was quick. I would stay again.
