Locationwise very quiet and offering a nice view. Everything was well prepared upon arrival including a secured covered carpark and carrying our printed name as designator on the wall. Keys for the room were readily prepared for pick up at the reception desk. The room itself was very spacious with a kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom was comfortable with all necessary facilities. The bed was king size and comfortable. The room provided a seating area with a sofa and a huge balcony.

Breakfast with limited options and only pork available. Tables were small and the atmosphere in the breakfast room felt a bit awkward. The lady at the reception was not really friendly.

Spacious, comfortable room with beautiful views from the balcony. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Great buffet breakfast spread. A 5 minute walk to the thermal baths and a 15 minute drive to the ferry for the Herreninsel. Allocated parking space in the garage. Lovely wine and beer in room on arrival.

Kitchenette was not well equipped (no cooking utensils, so we used cutlery to cook with, no colander and no washing liquid). We should have checked first, but we assumed there would be a microwave and a kettle, so we bought food before we arrived, which we then couldn't cook.

The location on the edge of the town was excellent. Breakfast was fresh and filling. The room itself was very large and was more akin to a large studio apartment

The coffee machine is not clean. Cloudy and impure water comes out. The kitchen is unclean. old freezer. The breakfast could be a little better, in terms of the choice of salami and there are no eggs or bacon. No slippers

Lovely accommodation with a peaceful country feel. So quiet & the view from our balcony was gorgeous. Breakfast was yummy too. Definitely recommend staying here, would stay again for sure.

The hotel went out of their way to accommodate an unexpectedly late check-in. The room was luxurious. Breakfast was excellent. Close to the train station.

we had a lovely stay with rooms facing mountains and distant lake, great to take a dinner on the balcony. issues less check in. had a nice walk around the hotel as well
